Great location, horrible bedding
Pro’s: location is the best we have ever stayed at. Close to stores, food and the parks. Very easy to find, quiet area.
Has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked and lots of extras for families with small children. (Only thing it could use more of is wash clothes in the kitchen and baths-only 1 in the entire house)
Pool, at the home, is nice to relax in
Ceiling fans and air worked great.
Con’s: beds are the worst we have ever slept in! The master bedroom mattress made getting a decent nights sleep completely impossible. It was shaped like a V-high in the middle and each side dropped off. Bedding of master not adequate for 2 adults to sleep in that bed. Every single beds needs replacing. Not a single good pillow in the entire house either.
You can tell the home has had a lot of abuse from past renters that has not been fixed by the property management. Knobs are missing from light switches, stains on couch and ceiling from upstairs leaks.
Dining room table unusable. First night sat down to eat dinner but there were these ghost ant like bugs all over. Cleaned it and tried to eat on it again the next night but they were back so we just didn’t use it. I think they were living in the crack of the table.
We have been renting homes in the area for over 10 years. This by far had the best location but not worth it if you can not recover from a busy day at the parks in such horrible beds. If the beds and furnishings were replaced we would be willing to stay there again
