Situated just 7.5 miles from Disney theme parks, this house is nestled in the resort community of Glenbrook, which is lined with tall palm trees and immaculate landscaping. The community boasts a large swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court, game room, beach valley ball and playground.

Upon entering the house, you'll be greeted by a dramatic volume ceiling and a large open floor plan encompassing a living room, a great room with dining area and a well-appointed kitchen. The living room features air hockey and a sleeper sofa/loveseat combo. Two elegantly designed master suites offer luxurious sleeping arrangements with a King bed in one and a Queen bed in the other. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, silverware, and utensils. TVs are available in every bedroom and common area, along with free Wi-Fi. It was pretty nice, but the neighbors was throwing garbage in the can for that property. I couldn't get the lockbox for physical key opened. And we didn't get to use the hot tub.

Florida Fun

House was fine, needs some updating, and they need a new cleaning crew. There was dirt in master bathroom that would have been gone if cleaned properly. Pool needs new chairs, and cleaning. We did not use it.

Nice location and facilities

Loved the location and the property. Overall everything was quite good but we all thought that a few little changes would have made it better. The fact we had to buy tissues, paper towels and toilet paper was a little annoying because we couldn't take leftovers back because we came by plane. The owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly. We would consider staying here again.

First trip to Florida

We loved the location. Property was spacious. Our kids loved the pool. My son liked listen to the different birds outside and loved having his own room. Family enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. We spent alot of our time out and about. We would definitely rent the property again.

Immaculate Spacious House

We stayed in the property for 16 nights in January 2025. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped for 8 guests although there were just the two of us. The kitchen was supplied with like new crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. There were 6 TVs, a gaming console (Xbox?), dvd player and maybe a VCR although we only used the TV in the great room. The pool according to our own thermometer reached 88F and the hottub certainly got hot!The manager, David was helpful, responsive and friendly. Walmart, Publix and Dollar Tree nearby. Convenient for the Disney ParksWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will have no hesitation in returning. Highly recommend the property to any families who would like to stay in the area. Wedding weekend

We stayed at this property for my daughters wedding nearby. It was a perfect quiet location with plenty of spacious room. We didn't have little ones so we didn't utilize the games but we did enjoy the hot tub and pool. Would recommend this location.

Clean had the basics you need for cooking. Pool was clean. Only thing is the light timer sticks on. Host and property manager were responsive through the whole stay.

We enjoyed this property. We had enough space for the whole family. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because it could use a little TLC. Overall a good stay at a great price.

Nice place that can use a free improvements

It was okay but a few improvements could be made to make this property a lot better. Make sure any stained towels are removed and put in new ones that match would be nice. Patching walls with chips and painting in a lighter color will brighten things up. Make sure sheets are fully dried before putting them in beds. Some were still damp when we arrived. For any property improvements, you should make sure that work is scheduled after your guests departure. Roofers came at 7 while we were sleeping; we weren’t due to leave until 10 am that day.

Week stay to watch college softball

4.7 stars!!We had a great stay in March.Temps were cold so the hot tub couldn’t heat w/o the pool being heated.The host worked with us to have a fair solution.The house would be a great place to stay with a family!With the two living rooms, garage game room, the pool area and 4bedrooms and tall ceilings the house felt very spacious! The kitchen had all the essentials including plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The only issue of the stay was there were not any kitchen towels/clothes available to keep the kitchen clean or clean heavily soiled dishes.This was rectified by a trip to the dollar store. I believe the lack of kitchen towels may have been due to an error in housekeeping putting towels in bathroom cabinets.Things I’d wish I’d known would be that even with a heated pool it takes over an hour to heat the hot-tub (electric heat) this was an issue because we had limited time at the house, and that in March the pool only gets a few hours of sun due to the large oak tree at the back and then the sun being over the house by 3:30. The host was very responsive to all of my inquiries. After talking to at least 15 other families who were renting in the Orlando area, i feel very fortunate to have found this property. Although initially disappointed with the lack of spices, oil, condiments, etc I hear that it is difficult to keep a house in this area maintained.Overall a very pleasant stay and one we’d both Recommend!

Great house for cycling training camp

House was great. Very clean and well taken care of. Everything worked fine. This house was perfect for everything that we needed. Anyone staying for Disney or really for any reason, this house is perfect for everyone. The only thing we didn't like about this house is that there was none of the minor necessities such as dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher tabs etc. I don't know if this was COVID related or not. I've stayed in many rental homes. Sometimes they have all this stuff, sometimes they don't. If we go back to Clermont, i would definitely try to rent this house again.

Far from Luxury with a horribly rude host!!

Its unfortunate that this comment section only allows for a certain amount of characters because there is so much to be said about this host, Vivian, and the conditions of the property. Vivian is extremely rude and clearly has no interest in communicating nor even partially pleasing her guests. The house was dirty, rusted, stained, and had holes in walls and baseboards. The shower heads were covered in mildew/rust, pool floors rusted and walls torn, pool area stained and dirty. Grill was rusted and dirty (though if you dont clean it youll get charged a fee). The sliding doors were broken, broken chairs (in and outside), broken fridge drawers, unstable dishwasher, stained and torn towels, used toilet paper rolls with one extra (for 8 guest, 3 nights), TV remotes had no batteries, lamps didn't work, airhockey table barely worked and pool table barely stood. The list seems to go on. We travel and rent properties multiple times per year and have never experienced such a thing. Beware if you stay here!

KEEP LOOKING! QUALITY OF A LOW BUDGET MOTEL

I understand the concept of 'clean' is subjective, so I took that into consideration when I initially read a few of the reviews before booking. Even read a few right before we arrived. Now, I can definitively say that it is not a term that I would EVER associate with this home. The positive first: easy check in, mattress topper on king was comfortable, refrigerator was new, half hour drive to Disney. Negatives-Contacted the manager, garage light not working. Hence not able to use the pool table. Light was never replaced. The dust/filth on baseboards was thick and brown. Tile grout(once white based on the closet tile)now black. Dust and cobb webs hanging on light above table and numerous other places. Pool area and outdoor furniture dirty and rundown. Black mold behind the kitchen sink and in every shower and on showerheads. I proceeded to text the owner and included photos (perhaps she was unaware of the condition of the property). NOPE! She responded with a statement about the home being rented every single day, so cleaning lady may not have a chance to do a deep cleaning. That is NO excuse for black mold! Quite the opposite. If the property has that much use, more frequent deep cleaning is necessary. Just because you are making money every week does not mean that the quality of our vacation should be compromised. I deserve the same experience as the person that stays after a deep cleaning. I did not pursue the issue because it was obvious she was not going to take responsibility. I also knew that she would not refund our money if we left, based on other's reviews. We were stuck! I did not want to ruin our trip or take any more time away from our family than this issue already had. I was disgusted! We had no choice but to purchase cleaning supplies and remedy as best we could. We checked out early. Shame on you Vivian. This is in no way a 'luxury villa', 'stunning home' , there were no 'extraordinary amenities' and most certainly NOT 'immaculately clean' this is a completely gross misrepresentation of the home and deceptive. Perhaps you should visit your property without notice to the cleaners and property manager to see for yourself. I implore those who are considering renting; if you appreciate any standard of clean, do not book. Words cannot express how disappointed I am that I did not heed other's comments. I cannot get a do over for our family's vacation, but I can help others avoid making the egregious mistake I did.

You get what you pay for . Upon getting there we noticed the back door didn’t lock and as well it was dirty. Me being a cleaner for a living I always bring bleach with me so I cleaned all bathrooms before letting my kids use them . The tvs didn’t work . Then at the end mind you check out is at 10 at 9:10 some guy mowing the lawn just comes and stands there waiting for us to leave and so does the “cleaner “ he watched us load up for a whole 30 mins to the point my mom felt uncomfortable and we checked out early . It definitely needs a deep clean!

Great place

We were here for 10 days for a volleyball tournament at OCCC. The traffic was bad getting there but it’s bad from anywhere. House was pretty clean, pool was nice. Neighbors were a little sketchy, but not much you can do about it. Close to Publix, chain restaurants, Walmart etc. it was good for our purpose.

Why they chose this property

It was love at first sight. Glen Brook is a 5 Star resort community. It feature a club house, tennis court, beach valley ball, fitness center, pool and playground in the community. Tall palm trees line up the street and the landscape is immaculate. What even more impressed me is its location. The community is conveniently located off International Dr. (192) and close to 24 hours Walmart Super center, Publix Supermarket, Lowe's, library and numerous restaurants and stores. Walking distance to CVS and Walgreen. This neighborhood is suitable for both short term stay or long time living. No wonder it is a sweet heart for snow birds. We stayed in the house every year since we bought it and we still feel hard to leave it every time when we have to go.

What makes this property unique

Dramatic high ceiling everywhere in the house! It is extremely well designed floor plan, open concepts, two master suites which make it ideal for two family to vacation together. There is no carpets: ceramic tiles and LVP throughout the house, thus it is friendly for kids with asthma. Unfortunately my son was one of them. This is why we did this. We care about the house and we plan to use it for our own retirement.
