A beautiful modern home 10 min to Anna Maria Island and the beach with breathtaking amenities in Bradenton Florida.

This 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms property is appointed with exquisite finishes and furniture throughout, heating and cooling pool, hot tub, large patio with lounge chair, complimentary bicycles and beach chairs, sonos system, outdoor BBQ and much more.

Additional Housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information.

For your comfort, we provide the following:

- The house is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels.

- Welcome amenity provided: bottle of water, small hand soap for your first night .

- Self check-in and check-out for immediate enjoyment of your stay via lockbox access.

- Free Wifi.

- Grand Piano

- Frontier premier cable channels: HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, ultimate/prime and extreme HD, and much more in living/lounge area.

- One crib available upon request.

- The pool company comes once a week to clean the pool, usually on Thursday, morning. Landscaping on weekly basis.

Parking in front of Garage and on driveway. Please do not park on the street/grass.

Rental Policies:

- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old.

- Check-in time: 4PM, check-out time: 11AM

- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- No parties, no drugs, non smoking, no exception. Please refer to the house rules on the rental agreement.

- No RVs and no commercial vehicles allowed to park.

- No sub-renting allowed.

To complete your reservation, please be sure to sign & return the rental agreement which is sent to you after you reserve online and is the same as the online agreement. Thank you.

- Book 30 nights or more and get 15% taken off. Certain dates are restricted.

- Smoking is allowed outside only. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if the house has a smell of smoke.

We are thankful to be allowed to do short term in this neighborhood but we ask that you respect our neighbors by following our house rules.

Perfectly located on a quiet street, less than 10 minutes drive to the beach and 5 minutes drive to the best of Bradenton shopping and entertainment.

The Fresh Market and Publix supermarkets are less than 5 min drive.

Pets are welcomed but a $150 cleaning fee is required per pet. Our next guest may be allergic and we need to ensure the property is as welcoming to you as to the next party.

A 5* Vacation Rental in Palma Sola
Had a very enjoyable stay at this excellent property. Communication with the host (Stephan) was excellent both prior to our arrival and during the stay when we were made to feel valued customers. We have stayed at a number of rental properties in Florida and elsewhere in the USA over the years but have never had a cleaner, better prepared or well supplied property. Everything we needed was in good supply, including plenty of washing & dishwasher supplies which is unusual in our experience. Excellent cutlery provision as well as pots & pans etc. Can't think of anything we needed that wasn't available. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us to enjoy time together, but equally time apart when needed!!!! The pool and patio area was great for relaxation and we will certainly miss this. A decent looking BBQ was available together with a couple of bikes and scooters although we did not make use of these. We enjoyed the local neighbourhood and found it to be quiet and easy to access the delights of the surrounding area. The De Soto memorial to early Floridian exploration is just over a mile away and provided a peaceful and interesting place to visit. The many delights of Anna Maria Island are within an easy 15 minute drive and there are restaurants and stores aplenty within very easy reach of the property. When we return to the Bradenton area, this is where we will stay and we have no hesitation in giving it a 5* rating and a very strong recommendation.

Home away from home
We had an absolute blast! This rental property has so much to offer. It’s the perfect location and distance from shopping and the beach. The local convenience store on the corner was a gem. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub during the colder December evenings! This place was super clean and had all the amenities we desired and more! Pet friendly, and we needed that, so that we could bring our little buddy with us. Perfect vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home away from home.

Beautiful stay for our honeymoon!
Everything about our stay was spectacular. So close to AMI which was perfect. This home was such a fun environment and the pool/hot tub was definitely a favorite. The piano was so gorgeous and got played every night. The home was super clean and just felt really good to be in. Will definitely make a trip back here asap!! Had the absolute best time of our life.

We definitely enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and location was great. I would suggest a railing to get in/out of pool as we had our mom was with us. Also last evening the spa was not working.

Great pool days
In general the home was very good and clean , great location. Some things however could be improved. Pool cage is being addressed, but the rips let in bugs. The toilets are old, outdated and noisy especially at night. The grill needs replacing as the rear burner is shot and it uses all the gas for an uneven cooking surface. Kitchen cabinets are delaminating, but work well. The rear yard lights were fixed twice, but never came on. The ceing fan in the master bedroom never worked. The biggest issue we had was not being able to use the garage , during a period where the trees shed the most, March. Storing the sandy beach chairs and umbrellas in the front hall does not work. Having said all that the property manager was very responsive and excellent. All request were dealt with in a timely manner. Would only stay there again if the garage was available. Thanks Marc
