Conveniently located at 435 & Holmes Road, this is the perfect location where you can easily get anywhere you need to go.
Guest access:
The apartment is the entire lower level of our house, with a separate patio entrance, private walkway and parking on the driveway. Located in a very safe neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac. You can safely stroll day or night in this quaint community where the streets are lined with 60 year old oak trees.
Other things to note:
There is a full size Pre 1907 Brunswick pool table for those who enjoy a game of pool.

We live upstairs but respect your peace and quiet. Keypad Check-in thru your own private entrance. You will receive access code to the private apartment upon booking confirmation. Free parking on property and street.
What makes this property unique
The park like setting is beautifully landscaped which features an arbor, gazebo, small creek, statue, bamboo and a large lawn. The covered patio is a Zen like environment for relaxing no matter the weather.
