Sapphire Valley Studio - Green & Hypoallergenic

Recently updated one room studio in Sapphire Valley on the other side of Route 64 from the Hampton Inn. This is a family and friend used unit. Since we have family members with serious allergies, we can not permit animals or smoking. We use green (chemical free) cleaning supplies. Sapphire Valley amenities - pool, tennis, golf, lake, boating, fitness club, skiing available with $2/day/person guest card. Unit has own washer/dryer, refrigerator, small private deck, WiFi, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. Unit has been renovated, new floor, new paint, new bathroom, new organic cotton mattress. Washer and Dryer in unit.

Great condo

The condo is small, but beautifully decked out. It feels like a penthouse suite on Oceania. Good location in Sapphire with restaurants a walkable distance. Close to Sapphire National, the only golf course in the area open to the public. Good shower. Note: no dishwasher or stove (there is a microwave and toaster oven). TV is a streaming one and it took us four days to find it had Netflix. It does not have any current news stations. If it says check-in is 3 pm, it means 3 pm. Don't try to get in 25 minutes early. Very clean.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. There is no cable which we state in the listing, but there are several news stations, and you could also log in with your own cable, or you could go to cnn.com or foxnews.com. It is an LG smart TV and has hundreds of stations - just need to learn how to operate it. Yes, there is not stove or dishwasher. We have found most of our guests are on vacation, and eat out, or they warm something in the mircro-wave or toaster oven. Early check-in can be requested, and if we don't have a prior booking it is no problem. The code on the front door is set to activate at check in time (actually a few minutes before), but we can adjust if you request early check in.

Wonderful unit!

The unit was beautifully renovated and very clean. Perfect location with many amenities like walking trails, streams and restaurants walking distance from the unit. Nice people all around. Will definitely go back!

Well appointed, clean, super cool space

First, Ted's attention to detail in his communication with me was top notch. Every possible issue addressed before need. The space itself is completely up to date and expertly appointed. So many cool design touches but the bathroom stands out! Love the Pocket door and the barn door closet doors. Bed was REALLY comfortable! Nice little patio. Kitchen is useful if not expansive. The small oven was great for what we needed it for and there's a hot plate if you need it. The only thing missing was a mountain view but the garden view off the patio was still beautiful...all in all a great place and walkable to a park, golf, and dining.
