Nous une très mauvaise expérience avec l’agence Mont Blanc, une équipe de personne qui n’est pas vraiment à l’écoute et au service des clients. Je vous conseille de faire très attention notamment sur le procédure de ménage au départ, rien n’est vraiment cadré (pas de procédure clairement défini) nous avons eu le droit à un Check-in et check-out expéditif, pour qu’à la fin nous nous retrouvons à payer 60€ ( j’imagine que c’est en rapport avec le ménage, car j’ai été débité sans être notifié, ce qui n’est vraiment pas professionnel de leur part) alors que nous avons rendu le bien dans l’état que nous l’avions trouvé. Les vacances sont fait pour se détendre, et ils ont simplement gâché ce moment que nous attendions avec impatience.
