Magnificent apartment completely renovated - Very nice decoration - Spacious terrace with garden furniture - Sun blinds - Closed garage. Superb view of the Gulf of SAINT TROPEZ - PETS NOT ACCEPTED. Residence with private swimming pool and paddling pool - Communal tennis courts in the immediate vicinity. We ask the tenants to come to the caretaker at the start of their stay.
TERMS deposit returned within one month at the latest if the apartment is left in its original condition (sanitary facilities, floors, clean kitchen and windows, defrosted fridge, mattress protector and washed bath rugs, ...). Mooi appartement, geweldig uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad. Anne heeft al onze vragen, ook voorafgaand aan ons verblijf, netjes beantwoord. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.
Die Wohnung bietet für drei Personen enorm viel Platz und ist sehr klug durchdacht eingerichtet (u.a. zwei Kühlschränke und ein Eisschrank, multifunktionable Möbel, jeder Schlafraum kann gelüftet werden). Die Schlafräume/Wohnraum verfügen zudem alle über eine jeweils separat einstellbare Klimaanlage, die die heißen Nächte in den Innenräumen sehr angenehm macht.
Der Ausblick von der großzügigen Terrasse der Wohnung ist traumhaft und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter des Apartments sowie den Mitarbeitern der Anlage war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie standen uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit zur Seite.
Insgesamt können wir die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit absolut beeindruckender Aussicht auf die Bucht von St. Tropez.
20 Minuten zu Fuß von den Geschäften in St. Maxime. Strandzugang durch Unterführung an der Hauptstraße. Schmaler aber wenig genutzter Strand. Der Schrägaufzug erleichtert den Aufstieg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung ungemein. Die zugehörige Garage ist knapp bemessen aber gut nutzbar.
In Summe, eine tolle Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage.

Magnifique location très propre, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et une vue imprenable et à couper le souffle.
Bons échanges avec l’agence mais attention : pas de wifi dans la location et le réseau est très mauvais. Donc les contacts sont plus que difficiles (uniquement pour cette raison car l’agence est sinon très agréable et réactive).
