Family apartment consist of two bedrooms and two bathrooms

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation situated in one of the safeties places in Dubrovnik surrounding by nature and beautiful panoramic views of the Old Town, away from seasonal traffic and crowd. From apartment to the Old town by car you need 10 minutes (3Km).
Apartment is suitable for 4 adults + 1-2 child comfortably and it is consist of two private bedrooms each with queen size bed, living area with double sofa bed, Smart Led Tv with satellite channels, air condition private wi-fi network, dining table and chairs kitchen fully equipment with dish washer ,big private balcony with table chairs and sunshade.
Two bathrooms each with shower and one with washing machine and secured parking space just in front of house.
We recommend it for family's and pairs.
Infant bed in one bedroom
Large swimming pool is at your disposal together with Outdoor summer kitchen .Towels, deck chairs and parasols are placed on the terrace for our guests .In the summer kitchen there is a refrigerator, an outdoor sink and a barbecue.
Swimming pool and Outdoor kitchen is shared with all other guests in our villa.

Boat tour will bring you to our beautiful Elaphiti islands , show you best hidden places which has access only with smaller boats and set out on an adventure to the most beautiful and fascinating caves on KOLOČEP island.
And latter the most popular sandy beach in area on LOPUD island called Sunj.
There we anchor the boat and you have your time to enjoy in this amazing beach.
On Sunj beach you can taste some of the local specialties in nearby restaurant.
Time of departure will be discussed and agreed on with the guests for the most convenient (flexible time) .
Boat is suitable for 5 adults .
We offer our guests transfer from the Airport by surcharge of 40 euro with new 5 seater large car.
We are waiting you at the airport with sign of your name and drives you to the apartment .
Drive takes 30 minutes and if you need we can stop to grocery store .
Any other transfer or excursion by car can be arranged.

The apartment was really clean. Nora and Mario were so helpful, as one of our friends fell on the sidewalk outside and broke her kneecap. Mario took her husband down to the old town to get her prescription, as tourists are not allowed to drive into old town. Nora brought us up some ligament, grapes and pomegranates. This apartment is way up the mountain out of town, 1/2 way to Srd Mountain. The apartment that we rented was in the attic so very small living room, kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a decent size, the back bedroom was pretty dark. There were 35 steps up to it, so if you have trouble with stairs you need to know this. You can walk the rest of the way up to Mt. Srd for spectacular views. There is also a bus #17 that will take you downtown.

Apartamento com ótima localização, próximo ao centro e a transporte coletivo. Anfitrião(Mario) muito prestativo e disposto a ajudar. Com certeza uma ótima escolha para estar com a família.

Great restaurant is located 5 min walk from the apartment with amazing local dishes.

From outdoor activities Visit Elafiti Islands - Koločep, Lopud & Šipan .We can arrange private daily or half day trip by our speed boat to the Elaphite Islands and only sandy beach in this area called Sunj on Lopud Island as famous Blue Cave on Kolocep Island.
Boat is suitable for 5 adults .

From apartment to the Old town by car you need 10 minutes (3Km).For those who enjoy walking there is shortcut to center ,it takes 20 min walk with amazing panorama of Dubrovnik. Option can be cable car where you can enjoy in panoramic views and it will drive you until the entrance of town.
Fifty meters from apartment you can find one of the most famous restaurants in Dubrovnik called Konoba Dubrava where you can enjoy in local dishes with reasonable prices.
