Magnificent Duplex with terrace and garage, breathtaking sea and mountain views
Beautiful duplex renovated, fully air conditioned. Located on the seafront, facing the beach. Ideal to relax. On the third floor, two bedrooms, one with bow window not overlooked on the sea with a bed 160X200. The second bedroom has a bed 160X200 or twice 80X200. Each with en-suite shower room. Independent toilet. On the fourth floor, a living room, open kitchen with island to accommodate the guests with magnificent views of the sea and the mountain. The bay window four meters wide allows access to the terrace equipped with an electric griddle and a living room. Close to shops, you can leave your car on a free parking at the station, seven minutes walk from the apartment. The one-euro bus will allow you to easily and easily visit the surrounding villages. Many hiking trails are available. You can also enjoy sports activities such as paddle, sea kayak, windsurfing, diving, cycling, mountain biking and trail running .........

Logement de qualité
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans ce logement de qualité. Spacieux, magnifiquement décoré, très bien agencé, beaucoup de rangements, très bien équipé et équipements de marques ...tout a été conçu pour le rendre fonctionnel et confortable. Au niveau emplacement on peut difficilement trouver mieux. En plein centre, face à la mer et à la plage et quelle vue ! nous ne nous lassions pas de profiter de cette terrasse incroyable qui surplombe la ville et la plage.
Un grand merci à Marie-Hélène pour son sympathique accueil, ses conseils qui nous ont bien servi, et sa gentillesse.
Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et n'avons qu'une envie y retourner.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander fortement ce logement.

Appartement ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Fotos. 1A-Kücheneinrichtung und -Ausstattung, chilliges Interieur, gute Betten. Herzlicher Empfang durch Marie-Hélène, die gute Tipps und Empfehlungen weiß. Umfangreiche Unterlagen für Unternehmungen in Banyuls und Umgebung. Insgesamt beste Vorraussetzungen für einen Traumurlaub!
