Near the Center of Strasbourg, my apartment is very well placed for visits to the city center as well as the Parc de l'Orangerie, the largest park in Strasbourg. Close to everything, you will be delighted to explore the city! The cathedral is also only a few minutes walk away. On a business trip, you will be in the immediate vicinity of the university, EM Strasbourg, the Robert Schuman International School as well as the faculty of psychology or that of economics.

🏡 All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, the bed linen for the sofa bed will be at your disposal,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat for the bathroom and a tea towel per kitchen,

House rules:
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.

⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.

🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
