This property is conveniently located 3 miles from the Bay Bridge and 3-5 miles from several local wedding venues. It is also close to Chester, Grasonville, and Queenstown, all of which include a wide selection of restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, golf courses, and County wildlife preserves and parks, including pickleball courts!
What makes this property unique
This is the ideal space for wedding guests or grandparents, who are visiting the area for 2 or 3 nights. It separated from the main house by locked doors, and incudes its own entrance and HVAC system. There is one parking space in the driveway.
