It is nice and private, in the back of a quiet neighborhood within minutes of Downtown Asheville (6 miles), and the Biltmore Estate. It's an easy walk (1/4 mile) to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mountains to Sea Trail, and just 2 miles from a grocery store, and delicious Italian restaurant. This modernized rustic home has a great kitchen, a woodstove, fire pit, and large deck with a swing to enjoy gorgeous sunsets.
