The Master Suite has a rare gulf-front view and access to the private balcony! It features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and a private bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combo. The living area has a queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) with an additional half-bathroom.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the newly remodeled and equipped kitchen! For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can swim in our swimming pool. Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area.

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
