We had a great vacation this year. On arrival we noticed the kitchen sink had water sitting in the cabinet we called legacy and someone was sent out within 10 minutes. Extremely satisfied with this company and can't wait to book through them again. The condo was spacious, clean, and excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Overall we really enjoyed this condo. The host was great and communicated well. Tried to extend our time there but unfortunately had another renter coming in. Make sure to bring condiment's, we left some, maybe it will still be there. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, well appointed, easily accessible, comfortable, very nice. Great place unless you’re looking for sea shells. Have to drive to Navarre Beach 1/2 hour west.

Check in was easy, with a keypad (this was important to us d/t arrival time). Beach was great, not crowded (August). Seemed to be a more laid back area, family friendly. Around 15 min drive to Destin. 10/10, book this condo! I have no negative reviews, will def. be our first choice when returning to the area.

Gorgeous condo with great view

Condo is so nice and clean. Everything was great inside! Great view, very close to the boardwalk to the beach! The property needs some updates. We wondered why they would be fixing the circle drive building and stuff in late May! Also…..wires or tubes hanging from ceiling was not very sitely. I guess they don’t clean the seaweed off the beach in Ft Walton!?? They do where we have stayed before in Destin. I would stay again just for the lovely condo! Two balcony doors!

Excellent family vacation at the beach!

We really enjoyed this condo! The location was great, right on the beach, close to restaurants, the boardwalk, etc. We really enjoyed the beach service. 2 chairs & an umbrella are included in your stay on a first come, first served basis. We spoke to the attendant and were able to reserve 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas for our family specifically for our entire stay for a very reasonable fee. I would recommend to the property owners to include basic coffee filters (or get a Keurig, as it is easier to travel with kcups) just minor amenities that you have to buy at the store for a few days. I’m so used to using kcups at home I brought them instead of regular ground coffee & filters & had to go to Publix & buy coffee & filters. That is on me for not being prepared but I wanted to include a comment about things people don’t think about. Coffee on that AMAZINGLY large beautiful balcony was one of my favorite parts of the vacation! We will definitely rent this condo again!

Exceptional Experience!

Wow! Our experience exceeded our expectations. Where do I begin? Booking/pre-check in: an abundance of information was made available to us in an organized portal, with text and email communication that was clear and helpful Check in: to our delight, our property was cleaned and ready for us over two hours ahead of check in on one of the busiest days of the year! We had fabulous beach service and access prior to check in as well. Cleanliness: For how quickly our condo was turner around (booked solid prior to our arrival), I didn’t expect such a pristine clean— there wasn’t a grain of sand in sight, which is baffling in the beach area! Accommodations: you can’t capture in pictures how comfortable and spacious this condo was! There was plenty of room for our 6 person group in living spaces and the balcony was large, safe for little ones, and offered a gorgeous view of the ocean. Access/location: the location was perfect. The private beach was comfortable, clean, never crowded (single row of chairs/umbrellas) with cycling ice cream carts, and what appeared to be beach safety/security on a particularly rough tide day. Overall we were extremely happy with our decision to stay in the less busy fort Walton area, with traveling in and out of Destin taking often an hour with standstill traffic. When we stayed on property, we easily walked to a nearby burger bar, coffee/breakfast location and a fabulous restaurant at the Beal House

I appreciated the fitness room and the pool was clean. As far as management, everything was completed online so I couldn’t evaluate adequately.

The unit itself was clean. However, for our week stay the pool was being worked around so we heard tile saws, hammering, etc. This was not disclosed prior to our stay but we managed. Lastly, when I called about the code to the bathroom at the beach they could not give me the code. I was told that’s a building problem. We got lucky and some others guests gave us the codes we needed.
