My house is in the forest at the exit of Capbreton. The marina of Capbreton and the beach are 5km, easy access by bike path. The house is perfect for a family with children, park completely fenced, or for a group of friends. The first shops, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery are 2km.
You will find many activities on the area, the beach, surfing, shopping, cinema, horse riding, fishing, festivals and parties as well as many restaurants.
Very nice single storey villa with south facing terrace on large fenced plot of 1800m2. Classified 3 * in 2011.
Quiet area in the middle of the pines, the center of CAPBRETON or HOSSEGOR about 5 minutes. First shops, supermarket, bakery and pharmacy 2km. Nearby bike paths facilitate travel.
Marina Capbreton and beach 5km. Soorts area, factory shop 10 minutes.
The house is located 3km from the exit of Benesse-Marenne motorway. Easy access to visit the Basque Country, 20km from Bayonne.
