Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near the primary beach access for the complex and just steps away from rest that Beachside Villas has to offer. The owner has left two beach chairs and an umbrella in the guest bedroom closet for anyone to use. All of the TV's are "Smart TV's" in the condo. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffle board courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions. Beachside Villas 811 sleeps 7. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 1 Twin bed, 1 sleeper sofa. Saturday to Saturday rental during the peak summer season.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Not as advertised

Minimal beach access and no swimming pool. The condo was very nice though. Overall we were very disappointed because the beach access was nonexistent for us. We stayed here several years ago and could just walk a few steps to get to the beach. Now you have to ride a cart and hike around a dune. For someone with knee prostheses it was impossible. And to top it off the pool was out of order our entire stay. Won’t stay here again.

Loved our stay

We loved this property, just the right size for a family of five. You can hear the ocean from the porch but just can’t see it. 2 min walk to the beach! The only thing that I would have liked to have seen better was the check in process with building number, room number and code after I received confirmation of the room being ready instead of asking for it. We will be back.

Pro's: Great Tennis Courts, Easy Beach Access, Beautiful Beach Con's: If there are heavy footed adults or running kids upstairs you will know about it, fortunately the tenants above us were on the same sleep schedule as us. I think they should consider providing trash sacks.

Clean, cute, location, perfection

Condo was as described. So cute and perfect for us. Plenty of kitchen supplies, and had supply of toilet paper, soap, sample sizes of laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice and refreshing and clean. Easy access to restaurants, coffee, seaside, Grayton if you want to go there.
