This high end condo unit is located on the 11th floor within a Luxury Resort, the only 5 star resort and casino in Jaco. It is privately own with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and partial views of the mountains. This one of a kind condo suite is spacious, has a stylish interior design, rich furnishings, and top-of-the-line linens that will make you feel soothingly wrapped up in luxury and comfort. It includes air conditioning, free high speed wireless Internet service, 55” flatscreen TV with cable channels, custom made king size bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom with shower, hair dryer, bathrobes, starters complimentary toiletries, a full kitchen and a laundry room. It is bright yet cool and surrounded by two large sliding doors windows with mosquito screens facing the south Jaco beach and a large balcony with unobstructed stunning views of the pool and the entire 2.2 km (1.36 miles) beach strip.
The resort has a spa, an air-conditioned fitness centre, a smoke-free casino for some adult fun. It also has a coffee shop, a pool restaurant and 2 specialty restaurants (Italian and Mexican cuisine). As a guest, you can enjoy the large pool with Jacuzzi, waterslide, and waterfall. Poolside drinks and foods are available for purchase at the pool restaurant.
Maid services are available upon request at an extra charge. The Luxury Resort and Casino is situated ocean-front on the north quiet end of Jaco Beach, Costa Rica within a 15 minute walk of the restaurants, bars and shops of downtown Jaco. Wonderfull views

Darel and Carmen are wonderful hosts, we arrived early and they were there to greet us shortly afterward. The condo us very well equipped, everything you could need is there for you. The view from the deck is spectacular! The pool is wonderful as well. We did not eat at the resort, we went into town every night. We highly recommend staying at this condo.

Spectacular View.

Spectacular view making it impossible to leave. New Modern decor with quartz countertops, updated plumbing fixtures, concealed air conditioning that WORKS, instantaneous hot water that WORKS, and all the necessities required for a relaxing getaway! Owners live on site and were very helpful answering any questions. I’ll never waste my time or money staying at local hotels while this beach front condo is available. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing!

This was our favorite place after a stop at Tamarindo rental & JW Marriott Guanacaste. We love Jaco and this amazing condo was simply wonderful! The view itself is so fantastic to watch the sunset and chill in the AM with a cup of Britt coffee. The host here were wonderful, Dorel met us in the parking lot and even helped with our bag to the condo. A small gift box was given to us which was not expected and enjoyed. Extremely nice people in Dorel and Carmen! We definitely will be back and plan to make this our place to visit as much as possible! Highly recommend and this comes from a Marriott GM.

My stay could not have been better. Thank you Dorel for providing a beautiful and scenic studio flat. I have stayed at other rental properties but none with the attention to detail and the care that the two of you provided. The condo was fully stocked with everything that someone would need to be comfortable and it was immaculately cleaned. Thank you for the gift basket upon arrival. The extra effort you took to explain some of the area attractions and making yourselves available if needed was greatly appreciated. You are EXCELLENT hosts and your property will always be my 1st choice when I visit Jaco.

The condo was stunning and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed and bedding. Beautiful bathroom. Amazing views from the balcony. Very nice and sparsely populated part of Jaco beach. Parking was monitored by the gatehouse, which unfortunately is a good safety feature in Jaco. And the hosts were very lovely and hospitable!!

We had a great time staying at Crocs and couldn’t have wished for better hosts (Dorel and Carmen). The unit was exceptionally clean, beds comfortable with a million dollar view.

Spectacular views, spectacular stay!!

I had a wonderful stay at Dorel and Carmen‘s condo at the Crocs Resort and Casino. They were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to any questions I had. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make any meal and there is no better view of Jaco beach than from the balcony. The resort has a great pool with daily entertainment, live music, 3 different restaurants, a spa and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will go back and stay there every time I go to Jaco, Costa Rica.

Lots of activities and adventures can be enjoyed, such as: ATV tours, Zip-lining, motor paragliding, tours at Carrara and Manuel Antonio National Parks, Crocodile Tour, Bird watching & Monkey (mangrove) tour, Isla Tortuga tour, Arenal (Volcano) Adventure, Sport fishing (in-and off-shore trips), Los Suenos Marina tour, etc.
Also, at the Bar in the lobby, you can follow sports action on their big screen TVs or/and relax with a drink and live music.
An important thing to know is that Jaco’s green season doesn't mean it will rain all day every day, so do not worry about your vacation being ruined. The green season in Jaco is also a great time to visit, because there are fewer tourists, vegetation is greener, and the best part, lower prices. The green season runs from May to December in Jaco. Normally, the mornings are bright and sunny, with rain in the afternoon, clearing again in the evening hours. There are days when it won’t rain at all. Come and enjoy it all!
