About this property

New house any comfort with heated swimming pool

New house from 2019 ideally located in a quiet and close to the most beautiful sites of the Dordogne valley.
Our house is for rent for your holidays, it is 5 minutes from the historic center of Sarlat, 5 minutes from the small village of proissans with all amenities (restaurant, bakery, grocery, butcher, hairdresser), close to a center commercial, the proissans pond is 2 minutes away.
House of standing of 90 m2 on closed ground of 1000 m2, terrace covered by a bioclimatic pergola, we also have a pool of 3.5x7 heated to 30 degrees secured by a shutter.
Comfortable new bedding and new interior and exterior furniture.
We have 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140x190 bed and a room with a bed of 160x200.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen open to living room fully equipped.
We have a storeroom with washing machine and dryer.

Non smoking house and pets not allowed.

Excellent property, well equipped kitchen, large tv, very comfortable and clean. Private heated pool. Quiet location. Only drawback was there was no bus into Sarlat and taxis very expensive.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zwar liegt es etwas außerhalb, aber dafür völlig ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Ihr Lokal in Proissans ist ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlenswert und verdient einen Besuch. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Urlaub im Herzen der Dordogne wirklich zufrieden, auch wenn wir längst nicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten entdecken konnten, davon gibt es einfach zu viele.

Très agréable séjour en Dordogne

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en famille dans la maison de Patrick et Julie. La maison est très bien équipée et très bien placée à quelques minutes de Sarlat et à moins de 25 min des lieux de visite principaux de Dordogne. La maison est au calme et bénéficie d’une magnifique piscine extérieure. Je recommande !

très belle maison, bien entretenue conforme à la description. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute que dire à part merci pour cette très belle maison. La piscine est montée jusqu’à 32° alors qu’elle n’était chauffée qu’à 28°. Beaucoup d’activité proche de la maison Je recommande ce logement

Superbe séjour !!!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement très propre, fonctionnel et doté d’un équipement de grande qualité. La literie est très confortable. La piscine (au sel) est chauffée à plus de 30 degrés. Le logement est proche des sites incontournables de la région. Les hôtes sont sympathiques, accueillants et très discrets. Nous recommandons vivement cette location où vous passerez un excellent séjour.

Des Vacances confortables et au calme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa récente et très bien équipée. Location proche de Sarlat et de points d'activités et de visites. La piscine chauffée est plus qu'appréciable pour les petits et les grands. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons.
