Super séjour d’une semaine dans cette appartement.L’appartement est super bien équipé en tout ( aussi bien en appareils électriques qu’en petite chose genre produit d’entretien, sac poubelle, éponge….) et le petit plus, le grand garage avec les vélos!!!Sinon la situation est pas mal aussi, proche de la mer, aqualand, l’île des loisirs et pas très loin non plus du mail de Rochelongue et du port du Cap d’agde. En bref, tout peut être fait à pieds.Pour finir, Sophie et son mari ( les propriétaires ) sont vraiment très accueillant et disponible.Encore merci à eux pour cette belle semaine.

Tolles Apartment in guter Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Sommerurlaub in Sophies Apartment. Die Ausstattung und Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung war besser als erwartet. Bequeme Betten, ein bequemes Sofa vor allen Dingen bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Loggia, wo man ja doch einige Stunden am Tag sitzt. Ein modernes, kleines Bad mit einer wunderbarer Regendusche. Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen, vierflammigem Herd, Kapsel Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, vielen anderen Küchenartikeln, WLAN und vor allen Dingen dem Tiefgaragenstellplatz war hervorragend. Sogar die vorhandenen Fahrräder hätten wir benutzen dürfen. Das Kinderschlafzimmer mit dem Doppelstockbett ist sehr klein und zweckmäßig. Mehr als das Bett passt nicht hinein. Für uns, mit einem Teenager dabei, war es ausreichend. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Die Apartmentanlage ist ruhig. Der gut ausgestattete Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten, der fantastische Strand in 10 Minuten und der Hafen in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Hauptsaison, also den Sommerferien in Deutschland und Frankreich, haben fast ausschließlich Franzosen dort am Cap D'Agde Urlaub gemacht. Die Orte Sète, mit dem großen Markt, Béziers und Pézenas sind sehr sehenswert. Wir hatten einen schönen Sommerurlaub. Vielen Dank an Sophie!

Appartement charmant et agréable, petit bémol la chaleur et les moustiques.

L'appartement était conforme à la description et notre séjour s'est dans l'ensemble bien passé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires qui ont été très sympathiques. Le garage fermé au sous-sol est un plus. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée (lave-vaisselle). Nous avions également une télé et internet. Cependant, les nuits ont été très compliquées. En effet, il a fait vraiment chaux la nuit (période de canicule, sans climatisation et un seul ventilateur pour trois pièces). Aussi, je recommande fortement de prévoir une solution contre les moustiques qui sont omniprésents dès que l'on ouvre les fenêtres.

Séjour très agréable

Cet appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme, très proche de la plage et du port. Nous l’avons trouvé propre, très bien équipé (franchement il ne manque rien), et agréable à vivre car bien agencé bien que petit. La loggia est un grand plus, tout comme le garage. Quel bonheur de ne pas chercher de stationnement ! Enfin, la relation les propriétaires sa été excellente et précise. Nous recommandons donc ce logement.
