Fully furnished vacation home boasts 1978 square feet and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. This home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2-car garage, 2 patios and a fire place. Each room has all the amenities desired in a home. Master bedroom features a king bed, dresser, large walk-in shower, free standing tub, walk-in closet, office space, and a flat screen tv. Guest bedroom features queen bed, dresser, large closet, and a flat screen tv. Living room is where you’ll spend most of your time while indoors and features a large open floor concept with an abundance of natural light. Includes full size front loading washer and dryer. This space is very good for entertaining large groups and seats up to 15 people. Dual wine fridges are self explanatory, wine enthusiasts can enjoy delicious red/white wines on the patio with friends. Kitchen features large 10x6 ft island that can hold massive amounts of hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while entertaining.

Beautiful Condo Great Location

This condo was even better than the pictures, beautifully appointed, high ceilings, large windows, great patio! It had everything we needed. Enjoyed the closeness to restaurants and shops. Andrea, Kendrick's manager, was wonderful to work with.

Home for 3 months!

We sold our home quickly and found this jewel in a neighborhood we enjoyed. The property manager was beyond helpful and easy to communicate with. That made our stay very comfortable. The 2-car garage was a plus for us and provided us not only privacy but security. Thank you, Andrea, for hosting us!

Loved it

This condo is beautiful. It looks like an interior designer decorated it. It has the latest finishes, and the kitchen has every appliance you need. The mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. Not too soft and not too hard. The patio was large and private, with a retractable awning. It had large TVs in the living and bedrooms. The owner, Kendrick, and the manager, Andrea, answered my questions immediately. Andrea met me on arrival and explained the codes, TV, thermostat, etc. After a long day of travel from the East Coast, I appreciated the welcome basket. Andrea went out of her way to bring me unscented garbage bags because I was allergic to the scented ones. It was nice to have a well-stocked condo so that you didn't have to run out and buy supplies when you arrived but could purchase whatever was needed as you used it. The condo is in the perfect location, close to restaurants and not far from Kierland, Old Scottsdale, and Fashion Square for shopping. Membership in the Gainey Ranch Estate Club is included. I was there almost daily, using the lap pool, taking water aerobics, or using the workout facility. You can also attend their social activities, such as a car show, happy hour, etc. The members are very welcoming. I would recommend renting this condo. My only regret is that I was only there for one month.
