Beautiful stone house restored in a complex of 4 cottages, nestled between the medieval houses of Sainte Foy la Grande, Eymet and Duras.
Les Granges is ideal for families or groups of friends.
Superbly located to visit the Dordogne and Gironde, or to enjoy many leisure activities: Canoeing Kayak, visits to vineyards and traditional local markets.
You will be able to enjoy our magnificent 12mX6m salt water swimming pool, a relaxation area with ping-pong table.
The cottage "CLEMATITE" is facing the vineyards side road.
It has a terrace with garden furniture, a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, shower room, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee ...) . Free WIFI.
Les Granges is ideal for families or groups of friends.
