property was unsatisfactory because of the following

There were no instructions in the apartment relating appliances.. the lift was exceltionally small... the CAR would NOT fit in the Garage, impossible to park.. totally unsuitable for anyone who needs mobility help.... sometimes had to park at the railway station as there was NO parking outside apartment block.. the picture of the apartment actually showed an outside parking area which was NOT available to us but belonged to the apartment behind us... When we found a parking space we used public transport because we knew we would not be able to park close to the apartment... the lack of instructions was shocking.. to me it was not value for money, even if exceptionally clean.. the AGent did not have a very good attitude towards us quite frankly and we would not be using that Agent again...
