This comment is totally unfair and not true. The day they arrived, the guests wrote to me that they had to return home because they had a serious mishap. They never told me that they had any problems in the apartment, they never said anything about the cleaning or the site, I have been renting my apartment for many years and whenever a problem arises that is sometimes unavoidable, we solve it as quickly as possible, I think that someone cannot lie because they have had to leave urgently and want a refund, a refund that is not It was given to him because he did not ask, we always deliver the apartment clean and with everything working and if there is a problem we solve it quickly
