This modern villa in Blanes with 5 bedrooms has a private swimming pool and a private terrace to relax. This accommodation welcomes 10 guests, perfect for families to stay. For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home is not rented to youngsters.

The beautiful sandy beach of Blanes is only 2.5 km away, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea. The promenade is also lined with several cafes, restaurants, and shops. A little further away is the fantastic Girona (38 km) with its historic cathedral and the special Moorish baths.

The roofed terrace is equipped with garden furniture, that affords breathtaking views of the bay nearby. The sliding doors of the patio open to a cozy living room and an adjoining kitchen. The first floor of the house is furnished with bedrooms and another terrace. There is also a fenced garden to unwind and a barbecue to enjoy. The host also provides a children's bed and a high chair for a small fee.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted

Prachtig uitzicht en een schitterende buitenruimte. Binnen kan het zeker een update gebruiken. De badkamers renoveren en vooral nieuwe en grotere bedden, zijn een noodzaak. Voor het overige een prachtige omgeving, Blanes is echt een aanrader.

Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand. Wir mussten sowohl die Küche, als auch alle Bäder komplett reinigen. Die Duschvorhänge waren zum Teil verschimmelt, die Staubschicht auf der Küche war auch nicht zu verachten. Neben dem Fernseher lag ein künstlicher Fingernagel, aus den Krümeln zwischen den Couchkissen hätte man ein Brot backen können. Das Geschirr, die Gläser und andere Küchenutensilien mussten wir erst einmal spülen, damit wir sie überhaupt nutzen. Die Pfannen waren so zerkratzt, dass wir 2 neue gekauft haben. Die 3 (!) Kaffeemaschinen hatten alle einen anderen Mangel, der Grill war in einem desolaten Zustand. (Dazu muss man sagen, dass wir noch am selben Tag eine neue Kaffeemaschine und einen neuen Grill bekommen haben). Die Möbel waren sehr alt und abgewohnt, die Betten zu kurz und die Matratzen waren bis aufs Äußerste durchgelegen, sodass man schon fast das Lattenrost spüren konnte. Ein großer Teil der Kleiderschränke war abgeschlossen, sodass für die Kleidung von 10 Personen nicht wirklich viel Platz war. Die Böden waren verdreckt und mussten geputzt werden, barfuß sind wir dort nie gelaufen. Alles in Allem hatte dieses Haus einen Großputz nötig und ist auch renovierungsbedürftig. Neue Matratzen müssen auch her, sonst kann es bei manchen Leuten wirklich zu Rückenproblemen kommen. Der Garten und die Poolanlage waren ganz schön. Es haben sich zwar ein paar Fliesen im Pool gelöst, was wir auch während des Aufenthaltes angegeben haben, darauf wurde jedoch nicht eingegangen. Trotzdem waren wir jeden Tag eher draußen, da es dort auf jeden Fall sauberer war. Und dafür mussten wir noch 120,00 Euro Grundreinigung bezahlen, die wir am Anfang des Aufenthalts quasi selbst durchgeführt haben. Dieses Haus würde ich nicht mehr buchen und kann es leider auch keinem empfehlen.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage

Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nicht sehr sauber, wurde suf Nachfrage nochmals gereinigt. Küchenausstattung eher mangelhaft, Backofen funktioniert schlecht. Betten alle kurz, Doppelbetten nur 160 cm breit.

Weiter Blick mit einigen Unschönheiten

Wir würden das Haus nicht weiter empfehlen: Besonders negativ aufgefallen sind die Bettwanzen in den Matratzen!! Wir waren mit vier Personen dort und alle nach ein paar Tagen ziemlich zerstochen. Das ist absolut no-go und ein guter Grund, die Mietkosten zu reduzieren. Doch auch positives: Das Haus liegt an der Zufahrtsstrasse einer Siedlung am Hang über Blanes. Daher etwas Störung durch Autos und Laster. Der Blick übers Land, die Stadt und das Meer war herrlich. Schöne Terrassen und Swimmingpool. Schöne, gepflegte Gegend, Strände sehr gut (wenn auch entfernt). Das Haus wirkt innen und außen etwas altmodisch und verwohnt, ist aber ausreichend ausgestattet (inkl. Garage) bis auf eine Mini-Not-Dusche im EG. Küche ist ordentlich, der Backofen jedoch nicht in Ordnung. Die 2 Badezimmer im OG gut, aber Duschen nur in den Badewannen. Wohnzimmer im EG mit extrem weichen Polstern und altem TV (nur spanische Sender!). Internet/WLAN im EG klappt gut. Sehr ungewöhnlich: Die Schlüssel mußten in 12 km Entfernung abgeholt und zurückgebracht werden. Keine Einweisung. Insgesamt schätze ich das Haus in diesem Zustand als zu teuer ein.
