HOUSE 270M2 TWO INDEPENDENT PLANTS POOL AND BARBECUE 8 ROOMS

The house has two floors fully equipped and autonomous and interconnected, but we are open to the option of renting if it were the case only the lower floor with access to the pool for tenants.
On the lower floor with capacity for 7 people, it has 3 rooms; a triple room and two doubles with double bed, bathroom with double shower and toilet, internet and fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine, direct access to the porch that leads to the barbecue area and pool.

The upper floor with beds for 10 people but capacity for 12, since you have two double rooms with double beds, two double rooms with two single beds, a room with bunk bed and also a sofa bed for two people. Full bathroom with shower, full kitchen including washing machine, terrace on both sides and large entrance and porch.

The maintenance of the gardens and pool during the rental period would be at our expense. And the tenants do not have access to the machine room and boiler.

We do not rent rooms, nor is the house rented to groups whose majority is between 18-25.
