Located in the exclusive residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, in Blanes, Costa Brava, Villa Alta Vista is the perfect retreat for a luxurious holiday. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and an elevator connecting all three floors, including the pool area, making it wheelchair accessible.



From the elegant entrance hall, you’ll access a beautifully decorated living room with a dining area and direct access to a terrace featuring an outdoor dining table, sunshades, and breathtaking sea views. The living room includes a 52" Smart TV with a Netflix account included. Outside, there’s a built-in BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including an automatic coffee machine for fresh beans and a Nespresso machine. A connected storage room houses a washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate courtesy toilet on this floor.

- master bedroom: double bed (180x200), en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a private dressing room.

- second bedroom: two single beds put together (180x200), en-suite bathroom with bathtub, single sofa bed, and private balcony.

OUTDOOR SPACES: RELAX & INDULGE

Enjoy the outdoor area, complete with a large semi-salted pool (10x3m), sun loungers, a Balinese bed, and a lounge area with an outdoor jacuzzi. The pool has an undeep platform, ideal for kids. Everything is designed to help you unwind and soak up the Mediterranean vibe!



PRIVATE CLUB & NEARBY BEACH

During your stay, you’ll have access to the private club in the bay, which includes a large pool, a children’s pool, a tennis court, a bar, and a playground for kids. You’ll also have a remote control for free parking at the private lot near the beach.



The beautiful Cala Sant Francesc beach is just a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away, where you can park for free. This sandy beach offers water activities, the charming restaurant "Cala Bona," showers, and a lifeguard service. Other must-visit beaches nearby include Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles.

Such an amazing stay at Villa Alta Vista! The accommodation was everything we had hoped for. The bedrooms were spacious and air conditioned. The kitchen was really well-equipped. We loved having the outside BBQ area. And the pool area was just perfect. Nobody wanted to leave!

Enough room for everyone, everything that we needed was there for us, from beach umbrellas to a Nespresso machine. The host was very helpful and reachable any time we needed. We had a great time at the house and will for sure rent it again.

A wonderful family vacation home.

The property is modern, comfortable and suitable for a multigenerational family group. Each bedroom has a bathroom for privacy. The pool area is terrific and we enjoyed the hot tub too. The staff who look after the villa are so responsive and helpful. Having a dedicated parking lot at the beach was a real bonus! We all would recommend this villa enthusiastically!!

The villa was beautiful and in a fabulous location. Waking up to the views out from the hilltop to the sea was really magical. The immediate area felt exclusive and private but it was super convenient for a very short drive down the hill into Blanes for shops and restaurants. There are a myriad of supermarkets within about 1km and lots to do in the surrounding area from boat trips to Cava caves and flamenco dancing - we didn't manage half of it in our week. The pool was perfect - especially being saltwater and not chlorine and all the rooms were really well-appointed. Overall, hoping to go back next year!

House magnificent, looks exactly like the pictures. Great views. Equipment of a house complete, nothing was missing. Clean, toilets disinfected. The disadvantage was the location on a high hill, where it was difficult to get on foot (especially with a pram...).

Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Der Poolbereich ist für andere kaum Einsehbar. Die Schlafzimmer sind aufgeräumt und Stilvoll eingerichtet. Im Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Ein Treppenschutzgitter und ein Hochstuhl ist für die Kinder vorhanden. Der kostenlose, private Parkplatz in der Nähe des Strands ist sehr praktisch, wenn man viele Strandutensilien mitnehmen möchte. Wenn etwas defekt sein sollte, wird schnell an einer Lösung gearbeitet. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nous sommes venu à 2 familles (adultes et adolescents). Tout le monde était ravi. La maison est magnifique, la vue encore plus exceptionnelle. La maison est sur les hauteurs , il faut marcher ou se déplacer en voiture pour avoir accès aux magasins, restaurants (20 min de marche) mais cela reste agréable car il y a possibilité de passer par les chemins ….. Nous garderons un magnifique souvenir de notre séjour. L’agence est très réactive.

Nous avons apprécié la piscine, la terrasse, l’emplacement et la villa en général Vous pouvez faire nettoyer le jacuzzi et la piscine avant l’arrivée des nouveaux locataires. A notre arrivée le jacuzzi était très sale. Suite à notre appel à l’agence le nécessaire a été fait rapidement. Prévoir une plancha. Peut-être une présence à notre a l’arrivée serait un plus pour accueillir, expliquer et conseiller
