Welcome to Ocean Dunes 1603, a beautiful oceanfront condo just steps from the sand, offering unobstructed ocean views, 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathrooms, and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests.

— HOUSE RULES:
• No parties or events allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking allowed.

NOTES:
A signed Booking Agreement is required for all reservations before check-in.
This property is available for extended stays of 1–3 months during the off-season. Contact us for special monthly rates and availability.
The tennis and pickleball courts are currently being demolished and rebuilt. They will not be available for use until Spring 2027.
Outdoor pools are open May–September and are managed by the Ocean Dunes HOA. Pool closures do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

Charming condo on the beach, just behind the dunes. I sat on the deck at sunrise and watched dolphins and pelicans feed. Also a spectacular lightning storm at sea. The host is very responsive and check-in is easy. The loft sleeping area includes an en suite bath, making the unit very comfortable and private for me and my son and daughter-in-law. The kitchen is well-supplied, including a couple of days of K cups for the Keurig coffee maker. I hope to stay here again.

Beauty and Value!

We’ve been coming here for years. Gorgeous beach, quiet and never crowded. Super convenient to Carolina Beach, Southport and Wilmington. The condo feels like home and worries melt away as you cross the threshold. We will return again and again.
