Really close to the amazing building of Casa da Música this is a great apartment for family vacation. In this spacious flat you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 of them are ensuite, and one extra bathroom. There is a cozy living room and a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a wonderful small patio ( only place of the apartment where you are allowed to smoke ).
This apartment is on the first floor of a small building without access to elevator/lift

Great stay in Porto!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this lovely apartment in Porto! Slightly outside the historic “tourist” area, but very close to Casa da Musica and easy public transportation or Ubers to historic center. Communication with owners was easy and prompt. Would love to stay again!

Spacious and Peaceful Retreat

What an excellent property. Plenty of space for eight. The apartment was clean, and the host was very flexible upon our arrival and departure. An easy and reasonable Uber ride or for those who like to explore, a 20 minute walk to the city center. Lisa was ready to respond and even booked a dinner at one of the top restaurants in the area for us! This property is a great value!

Ideal apartment for a group of friends or family

Fantastic apartment in an area that is conveniently located between the coast and the old town. Home away from home with all the conveniences you need. Comfortable beds and heaps of space. Bus stops directly adjacent to front door. Lots of restaurants located nearby. Hosts were easily contactable and courteous.

Porto entre copines

L'appartement est propre, spacieux , confortable, bien équipé et très calme. Situé au pied d'un arrêt de bus, c'est pratique pour se rendre un peu partout ( la carte " Andante " est avantageuse). Les taxis ne sont pas chers non plus ( mais pas toujours ponctuels). Le propriétaire est très sympa et a tout fait pour nous aider et nous renseigner pour que nous passions un bon séjour , Les portugais sont vraiment très gentils et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

We were very pleased with the apartment, the manager was very helpful over email and phone and allowed us to check-in early. We met Lisa on-site, she provided keys, maps and recommended the best meal we had in Portugal. The rooms were clean, but one of the showers needs a new liner, mildew growing. Owner provides coffee, tea, milk, butter which was very nice. The only slight negative was the neighborhood, it was a bit gritty, however there is a bus stop outside and it's a quick walk to areas with restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice appartment, well located (not far from metro), Daniela and Tiago were very helpful. Small notice : no possibility to leave the luggage at the appartment later than 13h00, some locker at the metro station but unfortunately very busy and no place !

Great stay in Porto!

We are a family of 5 traveling together. This apartment was great! Tiago was very communicative and flexible with check in and check out. We had no trouble with parking (free) - and he pointed us in the direction of the unmetered spots. The apartment is very spacious and clean. We felt very safe walking the neighborhood at all times. We did not use public transport but we had a stop right in front of the apartment. We were about a 35 minute walk to the historic downtown - and about 5-6 euro cab ride. We generally drove north to the beach area to find fresh fish dinners - but had a few meals with in a block of the apartment as recommended by Tiago. Also plenty of bakeries and markets to shop for breakfast. The apartment was spacious, clean and fit our needs quite well. 3 bathrooms was very helpful. The building is very quiet - and despite being on a major avenue - street noise was not an issue!

Bietet sehr viel Platz für große Gruppen. Sehr sauber. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Porto benötigt. Gerne wieder.

L appartement est très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses, au calme. Nous avons trouvé un appartement parfaitement propre.petite terrasse très agréable. Appartement pas bruyant même si les fenêtres de la salle à manger et du séjour donnent sur la route l appartement est très bien isolé. Linge de toilettes supers. Le propriétaire Mr Ventura est très sympathique et nous a bien renseigné sur les visites à faire, les restaus et pour se déplacer. Nous étions 7 personnes et on est tous d accord sur touets ces appréciations . Merci MR Ventura. Obrigado por tudo Nous conseillons fortement ce logement.

Comfortable, Spacious Apartment in a Convenient Location

The apartment is clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, and stocked with all the essentials such as cooking utensils, hair dryers, kitchen supplies, etc. The owner (Tiago) met us in person and spent time explaining the features of the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment is located in a nice area of the city with easy access to a metro stop. We recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Porto is a beautiful and historic city well worth visiting.

Muy, muy, bien

El piso es tal cual se ve en las fotos, tal vez en las fotos parece mas pequeño, pero las estancias son muy amplias todas. Está muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable y no necesitas llevar nada, por que tiene de todo. Está un poco lejos del centro histórico para ir andando, pero está bien comunicado a través del metro. La zona donde está ubicado es bonita y tranquila y Thiago nos ayudó a encontrar aparcamiento en la zona. Tiene muy cerca dos supermercados, farmacias, un horno y restaurantes y bares y la Casa de laMusica y el mercado del Bom Sucesso. Aunque el salón da a la avenida no se oye el ruido del tráfico y las habitaciones tienen muchísima luz. Por ponerle un pero, el comedor a pesar de ser muy grande la mesa y sillas para 8 personas son un poco justas. Thiago muy amable y servicial, como no estaba ocupado el piso ni el día antes, ni el día después, nos dejó hacer el check-in y el check-out a la hora que quisimos, que es muy de agradecer. Repetiría experiencia sin dudarlo, lo recomiendo al 100%

Great Apartment!

The apartment is in an excellent location for exploring the city of Porto with good public transportation nearby. The owners were warm and welcoming hosts and provided very helpful about the city. The apartment is large, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. I would certainly stay there again.

EN FAMILLE A PORTO

De très belles vacances passées à Porto. L'appartement était conforme à la description du site. Propre, bien meublé et équipé.Bien situé, proche du métro, des taxis , d'un arrêt de bus, nous avons beaucoup visiter sur les conseils avisés des propriétaires qui étaient gentils,accueillants et prévenants. Nous recommandons un restaurant en particulier le "Grelhador da Boavista" où José parlant français vous cuisine des grillades de poisson et de viande délicieuses. Mais aussi le salon de thé "Casinha" et " Spaso Zen" pour ceux qui aiment les massages. Nous recommandons cette propriété .
