The Courtyard on the Lake

A short distance from the historic center of Orta San Giulio, with a large garden it enjoys a splendid view of Lake Orta and Monte Rosa. On the first floor the living room with television, a second living room with fireplace, and a second kitchen. The town of Orta, inserted in the most beautiful villages in Italy, maintains its ancient charm intact with the characteristic historical center animated by bars, restaurants, wine bars and typical shops. Opposite Orta is the enchanting island of San Giulio, an oasis of peace and serenity enhanced by the basilica dedicated to the patron saint. On the hill overlooking the town you can visit the Sacro Monte, recognized as a world heritage site. Lake Orta is located in a strategic area that will allow you to easily reach other important places of interest such as the peaks of the Alps or Valsesia, Lake Maggiore, large cities such as Milan, Turin and Genoa, or the Langhe vineyards del Monferrato. You can practice many sports on the lake as well as numerous walks on bicycle and on horseback. The area offers many attractions also for food and wine lovers. Nearby is Villa Crespi by chef Cannavacciuolo with three Michelin stars.
