Sea Gull Condominiums unit 304 is a 2-bedroom 2-bath beachfront vacation rental with beautiful all-new modern décor. You can enjoy your own private balcony with seating for six with a remarkable panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. It has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom with a twin trundle bed, and a daybed located in the living room. It has smart flat screen TV's in the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. This has an open kitchen with granite counter-tops, and copper finish appliances. The kitchen has the following small appliances: Keurig, Blender, Toaster, Air Fryer, and an Electric Can Opener. There is a dining table (that turns into a pool table) for six and a bar with 4 bar stools, ceiling fans, tile flooring throughout, walk-in showers in both bathrooms, a computer desk and WIFI. The condo sleeps 6. Sea Gull has all the amenities you need for the perfect vacation including a heated pool, playscape, hot tub, outdoor showers, poolside grills, picnic tables, tennis courts, fire pit, workout facility, game room and guest laundry facilities. Perfect Location

The condo has everything you need and was so cozy and comfortable! The location was perfect, the view was exactly what we were looking for. The pool was an added bonus. We loved our stay!!!

Wonderful location and view

Very impressed with all of the details within this unit! From the matching tourquise kitchen appliances, to the extra long utensils and rain shower head in the bathrooms were the extra fine details that made the unit above and beyond. The view of the ocean from the living room was perfect especially in the mornings with the sunrise, the massage chair was relaxing after the long trip of traveling, and the bedrooms had mattresses that left us rested.

Gorgeous Property

unit 304 is in a perfect location in the complex with close to center views. Jessica the property owner did a wonderful job with interior decorating with much attention to detail. The beds are extremely comfortable and we all slept well with no noise from the outside. I've stayed at Sea Gull many times and this is by far, the nicest unit I've stayed in. Thank you Jessica for sharing your condo with us; it made for a pleasurable trip!! George

Beautiful place

We stayed at unit 304 - a very well-decorated clean unit. It was not too hot in the morning although the sun was on the living/dining room mid-morning. The beach was pristine. The swimming pool was warm and the hot tub was relaxing. There is no restaurant in the facility so we had to shop at the nearest grocery store or dine out but no worries as these facilities are a close drive away and the place has great options to choose from. In October, the mosquitoes were large and they swarm the area. Bug spray is a necessity.
