Beautifully decorated Breakers #235 villa featuring spectacular front/corner view; also overlooks the pool and the ocean south all the way to Tybee Island. Enjoy sunrise to sunset, watch the surfers and the sunbathers at the beach or pool from the private balcony furnished with a chaise lounge and a dining table and chairs. In walking distance to several shops, restaurants, rentals, and entertainment.

Beach ideal for walking, bike riding, running, shelling, kite flying, kite surfing, frisbee, football, sun worshiping, and more.

Located across the road from Coligny Plaza (a three minute walk), featuring restaurants, beach shops, Pigley Wigley grocery store, coffee shop, hardware store, bakery, bike rentals, ice cream parlors, and much more.

All guests are responsible for cleaning out the refrigerator and food cupboards prior to their departure. Please do not leave any food or beverages behind

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any smoking will automatically result in loss of damage deposit plus up to $500 fine by the HOA. Please remember there are cameras.

My husband and I have always loved staying at Breakers for the location and property management. This unit had the best balcony setup we’ve seen at Breakers. We really liked that the unit was clean and updated. However, we found the bed to be uncomfortable for us. Overall we enjoyed this unit!

We absolutely love Hilton Head and the Breakers. In addition to family trips on an annual basis, my girlfriends and I come down every spring to enjoy this amazing corner unit view of the beach and the ocean. There is so much to do on the island, or just relax on the beach.

Why they chose this property

When I saw the view from this villa I immediately fell in love. My family and I come here two to three times a year and I have rented the villa out to several guests and friends that have turned into frequent visitors.

What makes this property unique

This complex has everything and guests almost have no need for a car. In addition to the beach being steps away, this villa is easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, rentals, grocery stores, and entertainment.

The specific villa is located on the second floor with an amazing ocean view and has a porch with a cover to get a little shade when needed.
