Sea Gull #108 is a first floor walkout directly to the beach! Newly updated, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6. The kitchen, living room and dining room flow together with outstretched views of the Gulf framed by wall-to-wall glass doors. The water and dune's colors are reflected in the wall mural in the dining area, making an excellent backdrop for online meetings or selfies. Custom acrylic and canvas artwork feature local birds and landscapes. New furnishings create a beachy twist on the rustic-modern style!

With stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and high-end quartz countertops, cooking in the unit's roomy kitchen is a breeze. The kitchen has a fantastic view and comes fully equipped with the following appliances: large Cuisinart coffee maker, Ninja blender, 4 slice Haden toaster, and new refrigerator with 2 ice makers (in both the door and the freezer). Other interior amenities include free WIFI, flat-screen TVs in each bedroom, new 60” TV in the living room with sound bar, surround sound with subwoofer, and gorgeous porcelain tile throughout. When you're not relaxing in the condo, spend time on the balcony with classic Adirondack tête-à-tête seating overlooking the beautiful surf (and sounds) from the Gulf. The ground-floor patio, surrounded by a privacy wall, has its own private gate out to the resort grounds and boardwalk to the beach. There are also high-top tables and bar stools on the lower patio.

When you're craving some saltwater, no problem. The lower patio has a private exit for you to access the beach without using the lobby or elevator. If fresh water is more your speed, check out the resort-style pool and hot tub, all on the same level.

Such a beautiful place!

We loved this place! The condo was sparking clean and had everything we needed. We loved the convenience of the beach and heated pool. We also loved how the facility provided beach towels and chairs. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful condo - great location!

Only wish we had longer to stay! This condo was so nicely updated and clean. The ocean views were perfect and the pool and hot tub were spacious and well maintained. We also enjoyed the deck seating. We definitely plan to be back!

So close to the beach!

Our back patio area opened up to the beach. It was such a short convenient walk! It was also nice that they provided chairs for guests to use on the beach.

Sunrise on the back deck, sunset on the lovely front gathering patio.

We loved our stay! The home was comfortable and clean. We were steps from the boardwalk that led to the beach and a short walk to the pool and shared deck. It felt like a private home rather than a condominium. A quick drive took you to the cute shops and dining by the harbor. There was plenty of room to spread out when we were at the condo and the pool, hot tub and grills were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful quiet beach

The whole place is beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come again. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The dishes were in the dishwasher but still dirty. There were dirty rags laying out on the countertop. The guest bathroom had some disgusting brown slime in it.... I just cleaned all that myself but i did ask that they come clean up the patio because it was trashed and unusable. The furniture covers were in the ground and so the tables and chaurs were dirty and had quite a bit of bird feces. There was trash and cigarette butts on the concrete. The hose was out as well as a work bench. They apologized and said they would send someone to clean up. When they arrived they said they were supposed to sweep. It didn't look any different after they left. I didn’t want to waste anymore time on it so we just stepped over it all on our way out to the beautiful beach!

Family vacation

The condo was exactly as online. Great location and very nice accommodations. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely would come back again. It was a nice first trip since the pandemic.

Clean/Beautiful View

Very clean and nicely decorated unit right on the beach. 1st floor made the short walk to the beach very easy and accessible. Would highly recommend.
