Quiet location off the beaten path yet close distance to Canyon Lodge ski area, the Lake Mary Bike path and a year round shuttle stop that take you right to the Village! The complex offers a fun game room with pool table and ping pong, large hot tub, sauna, and sunny summer time pool. Nicely updated inside with granite countertops, new furnishings, new wood floors and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. The loft offers an attached bathroom, flat screen TV, queen bed and twin bed which can sleep 3 comfortably. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom. The couch in the living room also pulls out into a queen bed. The condo is set up with guests in mind to ensure you have the best vacation possible. We know you will love staying at our condo! Convenient, Comfortable Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was in a very convenient location close to Canyon Lodge. Check-in was easy, but upon arrival the wifiv was not working (it turned out the password had changed and it had not yet been reflected in the check-in instructions) and the hot water was not working. To the owners' credit she had the hot water heater replaced on the first day, but it was disruptive and not a relaxing first day. Otherwise the facilities were great- the boys loved the game room and the hot tub, and it was a comfortable stay once the initial issues were resolved.

Perfect and Cozy Condo

The condo was perfect for our snowboarding trip. The queen size bed upstairs was very comfortable. The heater worked great to warm the whole place. The fireplace was very cozy, however we did need to buy our own wood. A humidifier was provided and a nice touch. There are floor heaters in the front of the condo. The kitchen was stocked with cookware to make a yummy home cooked meal but we did need to buy every ingredient, including salt and pepper (which we left for future guests). The only thing we were a bit bummed to find was that the jacuzzi out of service.

Great location

This is a nice little one bedroom with loft. The beds and beddings very comfortable. It is lacking a lot of essentials in the kitchen so not very convenient for cooking and eating there. Only 3 glasses, only one glass wine with a crack.. No salt and pepper. But the coffee filters were appreciated.

Great Place, Great Weekend!

I just returned from a weekend stay here with my son and daughter in law. We were very impressed with this condo! It met all our needs and loved the artwork showing ski lodges in our country. Beds were comfortable, nice appliances and the communication was perfect. I set up the app on my phone ahead of time and got all the information provided. Loved the closeness of the condo to the street! Highest snow levels I had ever seen at Mammoth so it was nice to drive in and the condo is the first one on the right. Opening the front door with a four digit code each time is a plus! The rec room was the best! Ping pong, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, nice and clean and relaxing! I would definitely come here again. Oh, note for those who do not know, bring firewood as it is not supplied. I am old school so didn't know that.
