My husband Jihad and I are travel enthusiasts and love adventures sports. We currently reside in Bahrain and while I work as a lecturer, Jihad is a diving instructor. We really enjoy sunny weather hence why we fell in love with Spain as it offers approximately 300 days a year of sun shine. Our first visit to Orihuela-Costa we decided that we would like to retire in this serine place. We looked at many properties and condos in the area. The moment we set foot in Villa Rose we knew that this was the perfect place. The south facing property means that guests can enjoy swimming longer hours in the sunshine. The location is central and within walking distance to all the necessary amenities. My husband and I wanted to share this beautiful home so that it can be enjoyed by families that are looking for the perfect holiday home.

The location is super for those who like to be away from the noise of the hustle and bustle and at the same time within walking distance to amenities and short drive to all the activities and sites. The property is specious to comfortably fit 6 persons with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. The pool is large and deep enough to swim laps.
