Pleasant T2 mezzanine bungalow with large terrace at the bottom of Saint Pierre la Mer.

Residence La Baie des Oliviers 4 - 11 100 Narbonne plage.
Pavilion T2 Mezzanine for 6 people, living area approx. 30 m² + large enclosed terrace with barbecue, awning, south-east facing.

Kitchen opening onto living room: 2 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer.
Living room with sofa and television.
Bedroom 1 with 140cm double bed.
Shower room with shower and washbasin, WC.
Mezzanine with window fitted with 2 single 90cm bunk beds and 1 double 140cm bed.

Private car park.
Beach 10 minutes' walk away.

Pets not allowed.

The keys are to be collected from the Guy Hoquet - Saint Pierre la Mer agency and a map to the accommodation will be given to you.

~Environment~
Residence made up of semi-detached houses with terraces, in the Karantes area near the beach.
At Narbonne Plage, 5 kilometres of wide sandy beach and a marina await you.
The resort has been awarded the "France Station Nautique" label for the quality and number of water sports activities on offer, and the European Blue Flag since 1988 for the quality of its water.
The resort is at the heart of the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Nature Park (listed or protected natural sites and areas, preserved plant and animal species, etc.).
Market three times a week in the town centre.

Logement avec quelques problèmes. Exemples : pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain, très peut de placard non privatisé, le bbq des voisins enfume la terrasse (impossible de rester)... La literie est correcte. Le reste est nickel.

Logement très fonctionnel, propre et très bien équipé, dans un environnement agréable et calme à 5mn à pied de la plage propre et parfaite pour de jeunes enfants. Commerces variés à 10mn à pied et très bien fournis. Excellents souvenirs de notre séjour.
