New Build home with 3 cats/no privacy

The house was new and beautiful, but no privacy, it would of been nice if there was a door to the lower level, where we were staying. They also have 3 cats that they allowed downstairs resulting in cat hair everywhere.

Thank you very much for your review it is only with these comments that give us ideas of how to improve. The entire floor is self contained and I only go into your space to set up breakfast or coffee in the morning and to clean up if necessary. It is private for you and your guests. Usually only Bella (the cat) is at home. We clean and vacuum every day and during the days as well. But even with just Bella sometimes there is hair. I would like to offer you another stay at a discount if you would consider coming back. Thank you.
