About this property

Located in an alley of the city centre, it is quiet and close to all amenities (100m), direct access to the end of Trestraou beach (100m). On the second and last floor of a unique property built in the 1900s, the apartment has been entirely restored, it is very comfortable and it offers a wonderful view of the beach, the sea and the 7 islands' archipelago. The apartment is up to 6-8 people with its 3 bedrooms. The area is about 70 sqm. It includes a big and luminous living room (TV full HD, Playstation 3) with an well fitted open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing and drying machine, induction hob, microwaves, coffee machine for espressos), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with hydro massage hammams shower, separate toilets and a balcony in the seafront.

Tolles Appartement mit einmaliger Aussicht! Zentral gelegen. Alles war sauber in der Wohnung. Keine Rollladen, nur dicke Vorhänge.

Beautiful location

Very nice and comfortable flat with a wonderful view over the bay. Nice beach. Village within walking distance with nice shops and restaurants.

Großartige Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat DIE perfekte Lage. Danach hatten wir sie auch ausgesucht. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf die Bucht ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die alte Villa ist in Teilen modernisiert. Für Menschen, die empfindlich gegen Hausstaub und geruchsempfindlich sind, werden sich nicht wohlfühlen. Das Haus ist über hundert Jahre alt . Familien mit kleinen Kindern und Menschen mit geringer Fitness dürften mit den vielen Stufen kämpfen. Es hat lange gedauert, bis wir (trotz zusätzlichem Radiator) die Wohnung auf 20 Grad geheizt hatten. Fitte junge Leute werden im Sommer hier eine schöne Zeit haben. Für uns gab es in der Osterzeit doch ein paar Einschränkungen.

Superbe vue

L'appartement joui d'une vue superbe sur les 7 îles et le début de la côte de granit rose. L'appartement est fonctionnel, spacieux et confortable. Seul bémol, la note d'électricité grimpe très vite en hiver d'autant si il y a du vent même en gardant une température limite à 17~18°C.

Parenthèse enchantée

L'ambiance suggérée par le descriptif et les photos de l'annonce sont fidèles à ce que l'on a pu découvrir et fortement apprécier pendant notre séjour. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés...pour les rouvrir aussitôt sur la beauté de la baie. A admirer à tout moment du jour et même de la nuit depuis la grande fenêtre du séjour. Le logement est bien équipé, chaleureux et agréable à l'oeil. Il est aussi très bien situé par rapport aux commerces. Les instructions données par la propriétaire sont nombreuses, précises et la communication très claire. Notez que la 3ème chambre ( mais la photo le fait comprendre) est séparée du séjour par un rideau. Si vous avez besoin de mettre les radiateurs électriques ne pas omettre de l'intégrer à votre budget ( dans le pur respect des conseils du gouvernement-pull de rigueur- notre dépense était d'une dizaine d'euros par jour pour un séjour en février)
