The villa is arranged over 3 floors as follows;
Entry Level
The villa is entered through a modern courtyard planted with lush palms and Meditterean plants. The front door opens into the main area of the villa, with the first of the bedrooms (en-suite) to the left. To the right and a few steps down is the brand new, modern and fully equipped kitchen that leads around to the dining area.
Also on this level is the stylish living area with wall-to-wall sliding doors leading out to the pool and chill-out area. The living room has two large and comfortable sofas, a large TV with local channels and a coffee table. The dining area has elegant lighting and a table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. This area also leads directly out to the pool and terrace area.
First Level
On this level are three good-sized and stylish double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and some with terrace and sea views.
Lower Level
From the dining area on the main floor there are stairs leading down to the lower level of the villa where there is a small bedroom with 2 beds which can also be arranged as double bed and a bathroom opposite. This level also has access to the garage.

Villa Giovanna is located in the highly popular and private residential area of Vallpineda, close to Sitges town. The charm of Vallpineda is that it offers a sense of space and tranquility, and yet is only a 25-minute walk from the bustling centre of Sitges and beaches. There are several good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the villa, as well as tennis courts, a gymnasium, two public swimming pools and other sports facilities close by.
Car is not required but useful for shopping.

The villa is fully air-conditioned.
All the blinds are fully automatic and can be closed by one button on exit.
There is fibre optic internet throughout the villa.
Bus and taxi services are easily available, however, the centre of Sitges is an enjoyable 25-minute walk away.
Unfortunately, Villa Giovanna is not suitable for wheelchair users.
