The beautiful and private 7m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by grass and has plenty of space for sunbathing and is separate from the rest of the outside area.The gardens and terraces are accessed via steps from the lower level of the house or by external steps at the side of the villa.



ACCOMMODATION



Villa Bella Vista is a contemporary, Mediterranean-style holiday home with light and airy interiors throughout. Bright, white walls, overhead lighting and terracotta-tiled floors are combined with brand new modern, stylish furnishings with splashes of earthy hues in harmony with the natural surroundings.



Villa Bella Vista is arranged over two floors as follows:



ENTRANCE LEVEL



The main entrance to Villa Bella Vista is accessed via a courtyard which gives access down the side of the house to the gardens and pool area. The front door leads into a hallway that gives access to both floors via separate doors.



The entrance level door leads directly in to a spacious bright lounge that has 2 large comfortable sofas plus casual seating with a floor lamp and side tables, football table, book shelving and TV.



The stunning views from the living room are over the Garraf Park and out to the sea. There are sliding doors that lead out to the large, covered terrace wrapping around two sides of the villa.



To the left of the living room is an open corridor leading to 3 bedrooms, one master en suite and two twin bedrooms, sharing a spacious family bathroom.



GROUND LEVEL



From the main hallway, the second door leads down the stairs and directly into the dining room and separate kitchen.



The spacious dining room features a large table comfortably seating 14 guests, as well as a lounge area with small sofa and side table.



Sliding doors provide direct access to a terrace that wraps around the house. The terrace has an extendable dining table & seating for 8 guests providing outdoor dining with stunning views.



From here, there are conveniently located steps accessing the pool and garden area.Adjacent to the dining area is the modern kitchen with white worktops and a small table & chairs for casual dining.



The kitchen is well-equipped with a TV and high-spec built-in appliances: oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer & coffee machine and everything you need for your holiday catering.



Similar to the first floor, the corridor to the left offers 3 bedrooms, one master en suite and two twin bedrooms along with a spacious family bathroom.



In addition to the main entrance there is also a driveway entrance from street level to Villa Bella Vista offering parking space for 2/3 cars
