Very clean place and the beds were great. Anthony had added touches with coffee pods and candy jar. Great location if you need to be near Concordia or Moorhead State!

Comfy beds, large living room space that would be nice if you had a lot of people here. Curb appeal leaves something to be desired but the interior was quiet, clean, and largely updated. The city parking situation is kind of confusing, but we managed. Would stay here again!

Perfect for our needs

Curb appeal wasn't good, but once inside, wow! Reasonably priced. Tony responded to text and phone calls promptly.

October stay

Exterior of this property could use some clean up for better curb appeal, looks abandon from the outside. Patio furniture and grill were filthly.

Here comes the Bride

We booked this property for everyone to stay for my daughter’s Bachelorette Party. It was close to dinner and activities but not in the noise of the city. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. The livingroom has so much seating. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us to visit. The host responded quickly to all of our messages. Has great video on how to use the Whirlpool Tub. Great place to stay.

Owner was very fast at responding and even offered to help with one of the pull out beds because of how it needed to be set up. Was as advertised, mostly. Hot tub was more of a jacuzzi bathtub. Only issues were the toilet not working right, and the Internet didn’t work

This property worked for what we needed

Upon entering the property there was a distinct smell of mold that lingered in the entry and kitchen area. The rest of the rooms were fine. Beds were comfortable. As a retired couple, my husband with both knees replaced felt the stairs were needing repair or replacement. The air conditioning worked great! We did not use hot tub, but shower had good water pressure. For the price, this was a decent choice.

I’m sorry if you thought it smelled like mold but it’s important for you to know that the prior guest smoked pot so i ran an ozone machine that virtually depletes any odor at all. I had no control over that but rest assured you were not smelling mold.

Disappointed with slow communication. House was clean inside. Only 1 toilet. I thought 1.5 bath meant two toilets.

The host was great with communication. I felt like the description of having 5 beds was misleading as one was a single mattress for the floor and one was a pull out couch that we couldn’t get together. So one of my kids slept on a foam mattress cover on the floor. The host did apologize for not having this set up ahead of time. There were a few housekeeping concerns that we saw upon our arrival such as a pan of old fries in the oven, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and towels/sheets in the dryer, no paper towels. I did let the host know of these concerns and he was very receptive and apologized on behalf of the cleaning staff. I am hopeful that the host will take this feedback to improve the property going forward.

Yes I definitely will take this feedback to improve. This was the first time i’ve forgotten to put the sofa sleeper together ahead of time. After this it will be added to the quality checklist.
