Homecoming Weekend

Had a very nice stay at Virginia's house. The kids enjoyed playing football in the side yard, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with food so we were able to avoid a trip to the grocery store for the basics for the weekend!

Great Spot Near the Univeristy in Fayetteville

We booked this house last minute for my Daughters Bid Day at the UofA and it was perfect. Very clean and great location for access to the University and Fayetteville Square. Will definitely try to book it again for Razorback Football Games.

We loved the spacious, newly constructed rooms, the trail access, and all of the special hospitality the landlords afforded us - they went all out with special treats and staples! We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend!

Couple of nice touches

Virginia, was proactive in answering any possible questions we may have had . Virginia also added a cookie cake w/ our school colors upon arrival . Kitchen was stocked wonderfully. The only issue I may have that sleeps 10? It does , but really sleeps 8 ... comfortabley overall a very nice stay

Our rental had everything you could need plus some! The outside space was great for hanging out at night. Great location, close to the University. It met all of our needs. Virginia was quick to respond to messages..would def rent again!

Delightful house

A great house to rent for a long weekend in a fun city. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout like goodies in the pantry and fridge. The patio areas were wonderful for grilling, eating, relaxing and playing games like washers. The owner Virginia provided great tips for things to do in the area.

Home style comforts

Such a cute, eclectic property with so much attention to having all the comforts of home. Kitchen, including the fridge, was stocked, beds were super comfy, plenty of towels, etc. Virginia is an awesome owner to work with. We didn’t have time to enjoy the great outdoor space, but it was super inviting.

Perfect for girld weekend!

This property was perfect for me and 6 of my girlfriends to have a reunion weekend! The property was exactly as described and Virginia went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met while we were there. Virginia also generously provided lots of extra goodies to make sure our stay was special. I would recommend this property to anyone and we all agreed we hope to be back one day!

The Host for this home was so caring and thoughtful. We felt like we were staying at a relatives house. Cute house and great outdoor seating areas. The house had everything we needed. Very close to everything we needed. Will def. stay again.

FANTASTIC

The host had complimentary snacks and drinks. We were allowed to stay a little later to hang with our college senior. The place is beautiful and stocked with every amenity. We couldn’t have had a more pleasant trip. Will stay here again if we’re lucky enough to have another Razorback in the family.

Fun Stay at CH

CH is a small, clean, & very well done property. The communication, recommendations and hospitality of the owners was great! The area of town was convenient in terms of location, but a little more industrial than I had anticipated. The size of the CH, although perfectly adequate and enjoyable for our family, was also a little smaller than I expected. Overall we had a good stay and the owners were wonderful!

WOW! Above and beyond!

What an awesome property! Virginia went above and beyond for us. Our team stayed at her property for a competition and when we arrived, Virginia had stocked the pantry and refrigerator with staples and snacks! I have never stayed at a VRBO that was so wonderfully stocked. We will definitely be back!

Hidden Gem!

Came in to town because of a family medical emergency and feel so fortunate there was a last minute cancellation so I could stay! The hosts were beyond kind and allowed me an early check in!! Knowing the reason I was in town they were so supportive and helpful!! This property provided close access to Washington Regional Hospital as well as the U of A. The bed was heavenly! With fantastic pillows! The hosts have covered every possible detail - everything I needed was right there! Thank you so much for everything you did to make the worst of situations into a comforting experience! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Outstanding

No hesitation in recommending this home. It was spotless and furnished with all the utensils and higher end appliances that you might ever need. The owners were very friendly, helpful and flexible. The house is just minutes from the Skull Creek trail which provides easy walks / biking thru the town. We enjoyed Fossil Cove Brewing just up the road with the food trucks attached. Onyx Coffee lab and Nomads trailside also close by were very convenient. Photos of the property were accurate and we cant say enough about the generosity of the owners who provided a large selection of snacks, beverages and food items in the home. We also appreciated the fenced in deck since we were traveling with our dog and he could you be off leash. The 2nd larger patio was awesome but with all the fun we were having in town we did not get more chance to use it. We will be back.

Daughter's Graduation from University of Arkansas

To say that our visit was amazing is an understatement! We have stayed in many VRBOs and Virginia is by far the most amazing host we have ever had! We came in for the weekend for my daughters graduation - when we arrived the fridge was full of breakfast food, champagne and orange juice for mimosas AND a Graduation Cake along with decorations for my daughter. She also had a few snacks and all the condiments and dishes you would need to prepare an amazing meal. The special touches Virginia went out of her way to include made our weekend so special. I am so grateful I was able to wake up each morning and cook breakfast for the entire family, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of orange juice and I never had to go to the store! Saturday morning my daughter and her girlfriends came over, I cooked breakfast again and we kicked off her graduation day with mimosas. I can't thank Virginia enough for making us feel so welcome. The location of the house was perfect - 5 mins from everything. I highly recommend visiting this house - you will not be disappointed.

Great property and host!

We stayed in town for a bike race and the house was great. It fulfilled all our need and was extremely comfortable. Ample sleeping space and comfortable beds. Virgina also provides snacks, breakfast foods and drinks, as well as a well-stocked pantry. Communication was great the whole stay and I highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

The house is very cute and great especially if you have a larger group. Convenient location and close to restaurants and the university. The house has everything you need, even things you might not think about! Virginia communicated throughout the whole process and was super helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Nice place to stay

The place was conveniently located to the University of Arkansas. The neighborhood is quite with occasional train noise though not too distracting. Very responsive host. Place has all you would ever need to make this a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

Green space, convenient location with very few neighbors and plenty of parking space .Bring your boat trailer we are just 30 minutes from War Eagle Marina on Beaver lake ! The G.T.H. is a half of city block in the heart of Fayetteville a unique throw back neighborhood with vegetable gardens, trees and room for zoomies !

What makes this property unique

Large lot walkable to 3 popular restaurants and 2 breweries. Close to I49 & 5 minutes to downtown .The GTH property has lots of outdoor space . We are close to Scull Creek & U of A Agricultural area so more green space less people but right in the Heart of Fayetteville.
