We are fortunate to live in Bike City in the heart of "The Natural State" with so much to do and so many nice people ! We are not new to hosting we have a service industry background and this helps us provide a seamless experience for our guest .
Why they chose this property
Green space with very few neighbors and loads of parking space . Bring your boat trailer we are just 30 minutes from War Eagle Marina on Beaver lake ! The G.T.H. is a half of city block in the heart of Fayetteville a unique throw back neighborhood with vegetable gardens, trees and room for zoomies !
What makes this property unique
Our Eclectic little neighborhood between trails on the next block Fossil Cove Brewery restaurants close no need to drive . Privacy , convenient location & close to I49 . We are unique because most new homes feel a bit cookie cutter and the houses are very close together . The GTH property has lots of outdoor space . We are close to Scull Creek & U of A Agricultural area so more green space less people but right in the Heart of Fayetteville.
