The house was perfect for our family. We had all we needed for preparing our meals. It was clean and the manager was very responsive with various things that we needed. We loved the hot tub! The location was close to Keystone village, Breckenridge and other poplular destinations. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Having a property right on the river is peaceful and amazing. This location is very close to all keystone attractions and a short drive to Dillon and Breckenridge.

This house was perfect! So close to Keystone ski resort

Great location on the river

8 beds, plus comfortable couches, and the finishes are pretty cool. The location right on the river is just awesome and you can chill near the riverside in the many chairs provided. Hot tub is also a big plus, it is a good one for your sore muscles. Great property.

Spring Break Fun!

The house was great. The perfect size for our 9 people. Hot Tub was a hit. Location a short drive to skiing. Could use some updating , but other than that nice place.

Great location

The lot backs to the river and is a great location. Home is as advertised, a lot of space. I would recommend to property management to provide ample amounts of cleaning supplies as we were given very little. Otherwise this was a great place to stay!

Ski vacation

Comfortable, spacious, clean, close to ski lifts, about 5 minutes. Had enough towels, blankets. Kitchen everything you need to cook for large group We will definitely come back

Big house, Great location

Check in was pretty easy. We were given a door code when we arrived. The house was close to Mountain House lodge at Keystone. We had two issues with the property: 1) The lights were ALL dim. (Low wattage bulbs?) It was hard to see anything, especially in the kitchen. 2) The front door lock broke and the back door wouldn't stop anyone from coming in if they just pushed. To be fair, a maintainance repair was made on the front door but that back wouldn't be addressed until after we checked out. My guess is that's what maintance tells every guest. Earlier in the month I had sent a request for a layout of the house to figure beds. No reply was received. The family was comfortable otherwise.

Excellent stay

The "Lazy K" home was perfect for us. It had plenty of room, the location can't be beat, and it was very well stocked. The kitchen was well equipped, which was very helpful since we cooked all of our meals ourselves. There were more than enough towels for the group and they were of good quality (sounds silly to comment on, but thin, small towels are slightly annoying). The furniture was also great--not the type of furniture you usually see in a rental. I don't pick rentals for the furniture, but it was a nice bonus--it seemed more like a home that was loved than a rental. There were great trails in walking distance from the home, so that was a nice perk as well. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck in the beautiful back yard. One thing you may want to know ahead of time is that Summit County does not allow renters to use firepits (just fyi because the firepit is in the photo of the property and our girls were really excited about it beforehand). They got over it, but I thought it might be useful to know. The home was so wonderful that we took care of it as if it were our own. We hope you do too!
