West Glacier Adobe House

Summary:

Adobe House. Our Adobe home is unique home located in West Glacier. Steps to the West Entrance of the park.



The Space:

This home was completely remodeled with original and recycled materials and upgraded with all the modern amenities. We are located in a quiet neighborhood just across the street from the West entrance of Glacier National Park. An original brick style home with wrap around shaded deck to enjoy your evenings grilling, resting or just napping in the hammock. The adobe has two private bedrooms with queen bed, half bath with bath tub *no shower and outcove bunk bed area. The downstairs features the full kitchen with open living room/dining area and a full bath with clawfoot bath tub. Enjoy warming up on cooler nights next to the fireplace or enjoying summer evenings on the wrap around deck.



Guest Access:

The adobe house is private and not close to neighbors. You are surrounded by privacy & trees.



Additional guests must be approved by manager. Max total guest for our rental is 5 guests.



The Neighborhood:

Located across the street from the West Entrance of Glacier National Park.



Getting Around:

Fly into Glacier International Airport (Kalispell) or take the Amtrak to the Belton Depot station located in West Glacier. Cars are recommended for this area.



Other Things to Note:

Our property does require 4wd or AWD in the winter to access. Our fire pit area is not available in the winter months.



We do open our reservations for 2024 on August 1st.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Adobe House!! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the pans were easy to cook on (contrary to what you typically find at rentals), we had everything we could have needed. All of the antique furniture!!! They even supplied a cooler and ice packs which was great to take along for days in the park. The location could not have been better. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Great property! Super convenient to the West Entrance and amenities of West Glacier, especially the Belton Cafe, which is right around the corner. Very clean and lots of extras, including bug spray, sunscreen, bear spray and even snacks. Beds were comfortable and we didn’t mind the sound of trains at night. Christie very responsive and answered all our questions. Would love to come back again. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional getaway

The charm, history and location of the Adobe house is amazing. While it was just a short distance from the park entrance, somedays we were just tempted to stay and enjoy the magic of this beautiful home. It was a welcome retreat that provided a much needed respite.

The Adobe house is such a gem! Impeccably clean, with plenty of space but a cozy feel. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Bath towels were extra thick and luxurious, and the local soap was a very thoughtful touch. The firepit outside was a perfect place to relax and relive our adventures of the day. The location to the West Glacier entrance could not have been closer!! And the little market was close and convenient as well. We highly recommend this property, and plan on returning! I would give The Adobe house 10 stars if I could!

Loved Adobe House

We enjoyed our stay at Adobe House. It had everything we wanted and more. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were very comfortable! With the cool mountain air at night we all slept like babies. We appreciate the abundance of towels, a high quality washer and dryer to catch up on laundry and the convenience of being so close to GNP but feeling very away from it all. The communication from Christie was great from start to finish. Will definitely stay here again if we return to GNP.

The Adobe House was wonderful! Location, location, location!! If you plan to spend time in GNP… this is the place! We were literally 5 minutes away from the gate! The house is super cute and very charming! Everything we needed for a short stay was provided. There was bear spray, maps, a cooler, ice packs, ziplock bags, washing machine supplies, shampoo, hair dryer… and the list goes on! This house was immaculate and we could tell the property manager took great pride in its cleanliness. We would for sure stay here again! The communication with the manager was amazing as well!

Beautiful, rustic home with all the conveniences you could want and well stocked. The house is very charming and comfortable and close to the entrance of Glacier. Glacier Gift

The property was absolutely adorable. The location to Glacier’s West Entrance which includes Apgar is wonderful! We are also close (20-30 minutes) to a BIG 24 hour grocery store for food. Christine is wonderful! We do plan on staying here again! The beds are comfortable as can be! Love them! The kitchen is great. It’s all just great! :)
