Beautiful, renovated, modern house steps to the beach, with lots of PARKING!
This spacious modern beach house will check off all your boxes! This immaculate home is on the gulf side of the street, has no condo neighbors, great parking and is very private. The living room/dining room has high ceilings, new windows, professionally decorated furnishings, fast WiFi and cable TV. The master has a king size bed and extra space for a blow up mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed with storage and lots of closet space. The luxurious shower can only be described as a room, with 5 separate water features including a rain head and body sprays .Pets allowed if okay-ed by owner. This house has all the comforts of home, minutes to shops, restaurants and mini golf. Just 35 minutes from Tampa, 10 minutes to Seminole City Center, with 24 stores and restaurants. Trolley stop out front to take you to Clearwater Beach and back.

Quick family getaway

Our family of 3 decided to take a quick spring break getaway to the Gulf and this place was fantastic! It was quite, clean, close to everything we wanted to do, and steps from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to save on some meal expenses. We'll definitely be back when we have a little more time to spend and soak up more beach!

Gulf vacation 2025

Our stay at Happy Ours was amazing! The weather and the beach perfect. The cottage was stellar, perfectly decorated, spacious and comfortable with all the supplies you need including beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas,and beach towels! Absolutely perfect! We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The house was just steps from the beach which my kids loved! The house was clean and nice to hang out and relax in. The beds were comfortable. We cooked dinner a few times and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location wasn’t too far from Busch Gardens, so we went there a couple of times to shake things up. My favorite part of the house though, hands down, was the bathroom shower. It was amazing! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!!!

What a wonderful property!

We were thrilled to find the property just as it was listed, it was impeccably clean, nicely appointed, and in a great location. A few short steps to the beach and terrific access to the mass transit system if you choose to use it. Our host was extremely responsive to all of our needs, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way

Great trip

We go to the gulf 2 -4 weeks every summer and this was one of the better places we have stayed. Clean, comfortable, safe, and convenient. It’s rare you can sleep well on vacation, we slept well on comfortable beds. Small walk to beach and stores/places to eat within walking distance. If you like staying on the beach this is it. Beach was also very nice with the white, fine, soft sand.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a short visit while attending a wedding. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Very easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

March break get away

We very much enjoyed our stay in the nicely appointed cottage steps away from the water. The cottage was well equipped with games and beach accessories (needed a pump though to inflate balls). Hosts were welcoming and responsive to the few queries we had.

Love the house!

The house was great. It was very clean and had everything you would need. It also had lots of beach supplies. If you do have a rainy day, they have dozens of board games to keep you entertained. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to go back to the beach!

I cannot recommend this location enough. It was clean, well located, and the amenities were spectacular. On top of all of that the host was wonderful, if you are in the area let this be your #1 choice.

Perfect place for our family of four. Rental had all the amenities we needed to make for a great vacation. Loved the location. Close proximity to beach, restaurants, stores and other miscellaneous activities. Would love to come back.

Spring break getaway.

My family and i recently stayed here for my kids spring break and it was by far the nicest and cleanest beach rental we have ever stayed in! The location was nice and the beach "just a few steps behind the house" was not crowded at all like other local beaches. We will definitely be returning.

Great getaway on beach side of gulf Blvd

The property was great…it was located in the right town (Indian Shores), on the beachside of gulf blvd and was just the right size for the 3 of us and our pups. We would definitely go back again. Thanks to the hosts for being so easy and accommodating with us for our last minute trip!

Perfect beach house

This is a perfect little beach house getaway. The house was very clean and equipped with everything a small family would need while away from home. The beach is perfect and located just a few steps behind the house. We visited all of the surrounding areas while in Florida and couldn’t think of a better house or area to stay in. We will book again next year thank you.

Beautiful, convenient beach house!

We absolutely loved this house!! Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was right there. Caron was very helpful and answered any question I had. We love Indian Shores, and this house was perfect for us. Definitely will stay again!

Great Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Steps from a beautiful beach, close to stores and restaurants. The house is very comfortable, modern, well furnished and clean. While we had our own beach stuff, it was nice to have access (if needed) to the provided beach chairs and other beach equipment, like umbrellas, boogie boards and toys. Owner's were friendly, attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend and would come back for a future stay.
