Beautiful, modern stilted house steps to the beach, with lots of under house PARKING!
This spacious 2 bedroom beach house will check off all your boxes! This immaculate home is on the gulf side of the street, has no condo neighbors, great parking and is very private. The living room/dining room has high ceilings, new windows, professionally decorated furnishings, fast WiFi and cable TV. The master has a king size bed and extra space for a blow up mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed with storage and lots of closet space. The luxurious shower can only be described as a room, with 5 separate water features including a rain head and body sprays .Pets allowed if okay-ed by owner. There are games, puzzles, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers. This house has all the comforts of home, minutes to shops, restaurants and mini golf. Just 35 minutes from Tampa, 10 minutes to Seminole City Center, with 24 stores and restaurants. Trolley stop out front to take you to Clearwater Beach and back.
We hope you will stay here and explore the gulf beaches from Clearwater to St. Pete from this great location!

The place was immaculate and cozy, filled with the comforts of home. The beach was our back yard where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The host was extremely accommodating and always accessible to answer questions. I hope I’m lucky enough to return but until then I will definitely recommend this gem !

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home! This beach house had everything we were looking for for our family vacation. Literally steps to the beach! The beach was relatively private and quiet, which was awesome. Got to see the most gorgeous sunsets and even some dolphins. The property and house were super clean. Convenient outdoor shower to rinse off after being on the sand. Nice kitchen and washer and dryer. And omg the shower!! Was so cool and like a room on its own. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Communicating with the hosts was easy, and they were so friendly and accommodating. Overall, best vacation I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely be back sometime!

This was an ideal spot for a quick getaway. The kids loved being steps away from the beach. The host was communicative and warm in all interactions. It was clean, affordable, and just an overall lovely home. Thank you for letting my family stay here.

Everything was great! The house was perfect for a beach getaway. The house had a private beach entrance only steps away! The host Caron was awesome! Super quick responses to the few questions we did have...she truly is a Superhost! She even offered to stock up the kitchen with a few food essentials since we arriving on Christmas Day. We didn't need to...but the offer was greatly appreciated. We'll be staying here again in the future.

Great spot for beach getaway

This house was the perfect place for our family's beach getaway. As advertised, it was spacious and clean and comfortable. The fridge went down the day we checked in, which was frustrating however Caron was very quick and responsive to get it repaired and resolved. I would love to bring my family back here again. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Happy Ours was amazing! The weather and the beach perfect. The cottage was stellar, perfectly decorated, spacious and comfortable with all the supplies you need including beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas,and beach towels! Absolutely perfect! We will definitely stay again.

Quick family getaway

Our family of 3 decided to take a quick spring break getaway to the Gulf and this place was fantastic! It was quite, clean, close to everything we wanted to do, and steps from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to save on some meal expenses. We'll definitely be back when we have a little more time to spend and soak up more beach!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a short visit while attending a wedding. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Very easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful home & host

I cannot recommend this location enough. It was clean, well located, and the amenities were spectacular. On top of all of that the host was wonderful, if you are in the area let this be your #1 choice.
