Located at the landing of the beautiful Hays St. Bridge, within the Hip up-and-coming Dignowity Hill historic neighborhood.
Next to Alamo Brewery, one mile walk to the Alamo and Tobin Center, 1.3 miles to Pearl Brewery and the Convention Center.
Completely remodeled apartment with contemporary art from local artist.
King Size bed with memory foam mattress and Sofa bed with memory foam topper that sleeps 2 more.
Fully equipped with cable TV, WiFi Modem, pots and pans, Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher

Our place is a restored fourplex with a lot of charm located in a closed street with great access to downtown and the Pearl area.

Sometimes you might hear the train passing as there is an active railway close to us.

Comfortable and great location

We really enjoyed our stay! About a 20-25 minute walk to river walk, and very close to a brewery, bar, very good Mexican, and a great coffee shop!

Stay at your own risk

My husband stepped off the lip between the bathroom and bedroom and broke his ankle and tore his Achilles’ tendon. We have missed work and have had a lot of expenses because of this. When we expressed this to the owner he referred us to VRBO directly. We are still awaiting a response. If you are okay with a noisy air conditioner and a tent city on the other side of the foot bridge this is a good location to see the area. As a woman walking by myself during the day I didn’t use my ear buds so I could stay aware of my surroundings.

Wonderful cozy place to stay

Wonderfully cared for upstairs apartment #4 or Four. Well renovated with style and attention to original design. Local artwork and comfortable bed. I love the distant train whistles that lulled me to sleep. Thank you for the fresh fruit, bread, condiments and other snacks! Older neighborhood with many of my favorite places nearby. I felt safe and cozy staying here.

Cozy place in great location has everything you need.

Location is great for quick, easy access to downtown and River Walk. Very well kept place and generously furnished and supplied to make you feel right at home. More space than I thought it would be. This apartment has everything you need for even an extended stay. Owner and management are great. Easy to communicate with, quick replies and very considerate. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Great clean apartment, easy access to down town and interstate for traveling to surrounding areas. We will definitely not have a problem renting this property again.
