This Evergreen condo is the ideal location for year-round fun. There's plenty of room with two baths, two bedrooms, and a fully-equipped, full-size kitchen. Ski in-Ski out: The condo is next to Chair 8 and a short walk/ski to Chair 1. It's close to everything but just far enough away for peaceful serenity, furnished with an old-school vibe.

Two decks provide serene views of spruce/fir forest to the east and the slopes of Wildflower to the west. At sunset you can toast your tracks and remember your runs while cooking or grilling. A short stroll leads to Bristlecone Pond.

Summer features cool air, great hiking opportunities, mountain biking and sightseeing in several national parks. Fireworks on major holidays.

Perfect family stay for a ski vacation

The house was perfect for our family of four. Clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. 2 bathrooms with all the amenities is perfect. Having underground garage parking is super convenient when it snows outside. We will definitely be staying here for our next trip to Brian Head.

Great place

Really cozy and nice condo right next to Brian Head. Owners were so nice to supply everything we needed to enjoy our stay including coffee and creamers. Will come again

Great!

Overall - great location- our 2nd time at this property. Ski in & out to chair 8. Garage parking is a plus during snow season! Looking forward to returning. Property manager was great! Quick to respond & super helpful. Thank you!

A Gem in Brian Head

My family of four had a great stay at this condo. It was well stocked with all the essentials. It's cozy with good use of space. Keven was quick with communication and helpful as well. The location is INCREDIBLE. Excellent access to the slopes and chair lifts. We hope to visit again!
