The Space:

Boulevard Paradise is a family-friendly home that’s a guest favorite, offering plenty of space and comfort. Enjoy fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply relax by the heated pool and spa. Across the street, you can play golf at the local Marathon Golf Course. With direct access to Boot Key Harbor and ample dockage for a larger boat, it's ideal for water enthusiasts. The upstairs and downstairs are connected by an exterior staircase, providing plenty of room for multiple families.



Upstairs Interior Features:

The Downstairs is separate from the upstairs and accessed via exterior staircase and includes:

-TV room with another refrigerator directly off pool deck

-Fourth bedroom with king bed, Bar area including coffee maker and microwave and the third bathroom (note the only downstairs bathroom is in this open floor plan room)

-Fifth bedroom with a king bed



You'll want to spend your time outside enjoying the sun, and this home has all of the areas for it.

There are two public beaches and one state park nearby the home. Sombrero Beach is minutes away, Coco Plum is a 6 minute drive, and Curry Hammock State Park is 10 minutes away from the home.



This home does have exterior security cameras.



Booking Policies:



Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.



Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.



Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.



Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:

– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

Located in the quite Sombrero Beach Neighborhood near the gold course.



Getting Around:

This property is less than a 5 minute drive to the grocery store and the beach.
