This beautiful beach villa is the perfect solution for a large family or group looking to spread out and enjoy a fantastic time together in a beautiful beach setting.

Our Oceanside Beach Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom + den, 3.5 bath, home that boasts 2400 sf of living space and has 3 levels.

The first level now features a brand-new hot tub , perfect for relaxing and enjoying a comfortable experience during your stay. This level has a 1 car garage, a screened-in covered patio with beautiful outdoor furniture and a custom outdoor kitchen that features a bbq grill, countertops and a mini fridge. Endless ways to relax and entertain continue in your own fenced back yard complete with a fire pit and an outdoor shower.

The second level is an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen all adjacent to each other.

The beautiful living room with modern, updated décor, a flat-screen TV, and a large comfortable sectional couch from which to enjoy it all. Lots of additional seating areas in the living room as well as the den provide comfortable seating for the entire family.

This amazing ocean view villa is beautifully decorated and has some of the finest furnishings.

The second level also has a screened in balcony with water views.The gourmet kitchen includes stunning quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner gas cooktop, high-end soft close solid wood cabinetry and a massive island that seats 5 guests. All you need to add is the food and the fun.

The adjacent dining area for 4 makes it easy for everyone to eat. For your convenience, there is a half bath and a large laundry room right off the kitchen.

The main suite located on the second floor is spacious and features a King bed, a large flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with dual vanity sinks, a large walk-in shower and oversized closet.

The rest of the bedrooms are located on the third floor.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is more of a kids bedroom and offers a Bunk bed with a Trundle bed and a Twin bed – sleeping 4 guests total. We also have a flat-screen TV in this bedroom. The upstaris living room haws a sofa bed too. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

This home features a den located on the third level. Popular with kids and adults this area is perfect for relaxing and watching a movie, playing board games and it could even serve as an extra sleeping area as it has a Sleeper sofa. It's spacious and open. Splashes of color, plus beach-inspired décor, will surprise and delight you making this a wonderful place to experience the coastal lifestyle.

There is a hallway bathroom that features a tub/shower combination.

Third floor has a screened in balcony that has wonderful water views, Experience amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from 2 screened in balconies and the main gathering rooms.

Location, location location! The beach is literally just across the street. The street behind you has a small soccer field, playground and a nearby gas station. Sweet Sage Café, Mangos Restaurant, Tiki Bar and Conch Republic are walking distance among others.

-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
-1 car garage + 2 spaces in the driveway – maximum of 3 vehicles.
