Paradise awaits you at this Direct Gulf Front 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Las Brisas. During your stay, you’ll awake to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy memorable sunsets every evening with views from your balconies off the Living area and the Master Bedroom! This unit has been recently updated with all the bells and whistles, including all new furniture and appliances, to relax your trip. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a convenient in-unit laundry room. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second master has two queen beds; the third bedroom has one queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms, including the Living Room, have smart televisions and cable. The unit also has wifi. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your stay.

Please note that there is only 1 parking space and no guest parking at Las Brisas. You must park in the designated parking spot.

Las Brisas offers a heated pool, BBQ, and picnic area, off-street parking, and is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars, including the famous Johns Pass! You are just minutes from the beautiful Treasure Island beach and so much more!

Beach getaway

This condo is well situated and it's stocked with everything you might need for your stay! No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. it's there for you. The host was in constant contact with us. We had a great time and will rent this unit again if available for our next trip to Madeira Beach!

Best Beach Condo!

Our group of 4 sisters loves our time together at the beach! The sun, sand and super accommodations all made many memories for us. Proximity to the beach, ease of elevators to the 4th floor and condo amenities were wonderful. Two bathrooms and sleeping king, two queens and two twin beds worked great for us. Beach chairs, toys, and towels were plentiful. This is a super condo!!

Paradise

Well appointed and spacious condo directly on the gulf. The living room and master bedroom face the gulf and we enjoyed the sea breezes and being lulled by the sound of the waves. Fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and pails for sand castles. Restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores a short drive away. A perfect getaway for our Michigan family!

Great condo on the beach

We loved our stay here. The condo was larger than we thought it would be and was close to John's Pass. The only thing was the parking situation. If you ard bringing more than one car you will have to pay for parking that is down the road. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and all of the beach accessories that the condo provided. There was also a very well stocked kitchen which made our Thanksgiving so easy.

Perfect getaway for sisters trip!

We had a wonderful getaway from cold midwestern temps! Felt right at home in this spacious condo -- even better than the pictures. The balcony was like another room - space to spread out and enjoy a few dolphin sightings in the morning and incredible sunsets in the evening. Centrally located, we could walk to several restaurants and grocery store was 5 minutes away so very convenient to pick up all essentials. Already looking forward to our return. Thanks to Catherine for her detailed information and for checking to make sure we were settled and enjoying ourselves.

Enjoyed our stay!

Beach supplies, reliable elevator and well stocked kitchen greatly appreciated. A small table and lamp really needed in twin bed area. One older friend almost fell due to lack of close lighting. If balcony is not to be used for wet suits and towels, consider a clothes line or rack on patio. Back up plan for second car parking needed. Thank you Catherine!

Fabulous views

I have to start with the views- the unit is right on the beach so we really enjoyed seeing the ocean from the large sliding doors. My parents stayed in the 1st owners suite and also had wonderful views. The unit is large- a big living room was a plus as we had 6 people. We also enjoyed how close the building was located to many restaurants and a short drive to John’s Pass. We had some issues with getting a rental car so we were happy to learn that places like Publix was just a few miles down the road. We got around easily with one car as several of us could walk or take the trolley. We walked across the street to Reef for a few meals and went to the Dalí museum during one of our rainy days. Our host Catherine was very responsive and easy to communicate with!

If I could give this condo more than five stars I would! I have stayed at other condos before. None compare to the accommodations of this one. Communication was excellent and they even provided a very thorough welcome and guidebook. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, including a coffee bar set up with ground coffee and K cups. I have never experienced that anywhere. The beds were super comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas are there-everything you need for the beach. The location is outstanding with beachfront views of the Gulf of America. I hope to come back to this location in 2026!

The perfect spot for a getaway with friends. The ease of booking to checking out was so simple and the guide book app is a must. The place was clean, comfortable and had almost everything provided for us. Everything was updated but understandably the electrical system showed it age. We definitely will recommend this place and stay again.

We were very impressed with our condo. First of all very clean and beds were so comfortable. We had all the supplies we needed to cook or be on the beach and more. We loved all the space we had and being right on the beach. We had an early flight and we were also able to check in early which was another positive. The first night we did have a problem with the air conditioner but I reached out to the owner and she was on top of it and had someone there at 9:00 am the very next morning and also give us a credit for our inconvenience. We loved the condo and had a wonderful stay and if we come back we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing

I highly recommend this property! Last year we stayed in this condo in another unit and it was great so we decided to come back to this location. This unit was so much better than the other one. The decor and amenities were the best we have had and the property owner was extremely attentive . There are so many extra little touches with this unit, like extra towels, beach chairs and supplies. Just so many little touches that make it worth it. And the beach … wow just wow! You can see the sunset from the patio and the beach is right there. If you are wondering if you should book this unit just do it. You won’t be disappointed!

I am originally from Ottawa, Canada and my husband is originally from Georgetown, DE and it has been one of our life goals to have a place on the beach. Our girls are born and raised in Florida and love being outdoors enjoying the coastal life. We are delighted to share our beach home with you.

Why they chose this property

Our beautiful beach home is located directly on the gulf of mexico which is our favorite beach to relax on. We have always dreamed of having a place on the beach and were so happy to make that dream a reality this year. Our condo comfortably fits our family of five along with friends or relatives who tag along to enjoy the beach with us. My girls and I find nothing more relaxing that morning yoga on the beach and we were so thrilled that there is a beach yoga group just steps from our condo.

We love to cook and to spend time together as a family, so you will find a well stocked kitchen, games, restaurants, fishing and mini golf all within walking distance from our condo.

What makes this property unique

This condo is conveniently located just steps from the beach. We love that you can be on the beach without hauling all of your stuff for what feels like miles. There are several grills just off the beach so you can grill up some burgers or hot dogs without ever having to leave the beach.
The condo boasts a large balcony that runs the full length of the unit so you can enjoy a good card game, cup of coffee or glass of wine while listening to the sounds of the waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

You can expect to see dolphins playing right in front of the condo on many mornings, or sea turtle nests during turtle season. Sea life is a huge part of what attracted us to this particular condo.
