This luxury apartment well decorated and fully equipped (TV HD satellite, wireless internet, dishwasher, ...) for 6 with 3 bedrooms (one suite with terrace), 2 bathrooms, spacious terraces (sunbeds, large table for outdoor dining) overlooking gardens and pool, has everything to ensure the perfect stay. Once your car to its private and secure parking (underground), you can enjoy all the comfort of a large apartment in an elegant residence quiet on beautiful exotic gardens with large pool. You go when you want the splendid sandy beach of Arenal (3 minutes walk) bordered by the promenade (without access to cars) lined with restaurants, bars and "lounge pubs" with their terraces sea conducive to relaxation. Various other recreational opportunities are nearby (2-3 minute walk) as the beautiful tennis club of David Ferrer (hard courts), the pretty little marina and boat rental possibilities, the long dike for stroll to the marina, or the various shops and restaurants. Immediately to the south, you find the Cape of la Nao and its pretty coves with crystal clear water (with protected natural park of Granadella). Excellent property, very clean and amazing well stocked kitchen utensils and items.
Owner was excellent when we had an issue with the site (not to do with his property) but he sorted quickly and efficiently for us.
Will definitely stay again
Stayed in a lovely three bedroom apartment overlooking gardens and pool only a 10 minute walk to the beach.
The owner was excellent in organising our arrival and stay with very quick replies to the few queries we had. All in all an ideal base with everything you need and would definitely look to book again in the future.
The apartment is extremely clean, well eqipped and in a great location.The pool area was well kept and never too busy, so terrific for either a quick dip or a sunbathe.
This apartment is very close to the Arenal in Javea, so great for access to the beach, restaurants and bars.
All communications with the host and the lady who oversees the apartment were efficient, friendly and prompt.
I highly recommend this venue.
Spacious 3 bed apt.with balcony overlooking gardens and pool. Very clean and and well equipped. Good security with locking entry gates to complex. I have slight walking difficulty so the lift was a bonus-- though only about 15 steps up to 1st floor. Beach and restaurants about 200 metres away. Parking in underground car park if req'd
We arrived at the property and were met by Leda who gave us the keys etc. She ran through the flat and showed us around. The check in was quick.
The flat was bigger than we thought . The location is 100% what we wanted , its a four minute walk to the beach and all the bars etc. If you dont want to leave the resort you really don't need a car, there's a wee super market just at the end of the road .
The pool was super, the only disappointment was that you can't use the pool between 15:00-17:00. One of residents is very keen to enforce this rule, its a real shame, but it was fine once you accept it. The gardens are really nice. Its pretty relaxed and very peaceful , perfect if you're looking to chill.
We have visited Jávea on six occasions, the location of this flat was by far the best we had thus far , its right in the middle of the resort and you can walk to the old town in 20 mins calling at a couple of the beach bars on the way, or jump on the wee train that runs from old town on the hour from 17:00.
We had a great stay.

Está a menos de 5 minutos de la playa Arenal con lo que la ubicación es muy buena. Tiene de camino de la playa un supermercado y bares.
En la cocina tiene todo lo necesario incluso batidora y dos tipos de cafeteras.
En la terraza hay mesa, sillas, hamacas, tendedero de pie y toldo.
La única pega es que no se sintonizan los canales de tv pero puede ser porque el cambio de frecuencias de televisión es relativamente reciente.
El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una familia. Me gustó especialmente la terraza y el el toldo que hacía posible hacer todas las comidas allí.
La ubicación es muy buena. Está a unos minutos de la playa y de las tiendas.
Los colchones son cómodos, sobre todo los de la habitación matrimonial.
Sin duda para repetir.
Nice spacious apartment overlooking the pool. Short 3 minute walk to lovely sandy beach with promenade to walk along in evening where plenty of restaurants, shops and cocktail bars. Kids loved the ice cream parlours. Bus to old town was cheap and just 10 minute ride where there is market and harbour for boat trips to Dénia. Only downside was unable to use pool between 3 and 5pm because of siesta time but otherwise a great place to base yourself for a trip to javea. Car not required unless you want to visit places further along on the Costa Blanca such as Calpe or Benidorm
More than adequate, everything fine .... perhaps some parts Ned upgrading and the wifi was poor ...otherwise ok

After each stay i use to ask to residents what could be improved In order to assure the best conditions possible . Thereupon, Your feed back was very positive on the apartment but you have reported me 3 problems wich would need upgrading and wich explain you comment "little tired in everything way":
1. "Internet is too slow"
Answeer: This apartment is connected with optical fiber wifi wich is the speedest and most internet reliable solution that exist on the market. Even if it is rare, a connection problem may occur (first time it happens). We are always reachable in case of necessity and you should contact us to inform us. Our internet provider would always solve it within really short period (24 h max- contract conditions).
1. "Some parts of the wall of one bedroom (2 single beds bedroom) need some refreshing painting"
Answeer: In fact, after checking, some places of the bedroom walls were (at the end of season) a little bit soiled and need some painting. We check it regularly and upgrade places wich need some painting and we refresh it every year. i also use to do a global painting of the apartment by a professionnal painter every 3 years . Before the end of 2018, it is planned and 'll be for sure done.
2. " a plaid of the sofa would be a little tired and need to be washed".
Answeer: Every year the plaid is washed in order to provide perfect hygienic requirements. For decoration reasons, after your stay, i bought a new one that i found more pretty.
After each stay, i take opinons of residents in order to suit to the most exigeant persons. It's important for us that every experience in the apartement could the best possible.

Splendide! Vacances hyper réussies.
Vacances hyper réussies grâce aux qualités de l’hébergement : bel appartement bien équipé avec spacieuse terrasse donnant sur un magnifique jardin exotique et sa grande piscine pour adultes et enfants. Nous avons pleinement profité de ce petit havre de paix situé à 3-4 minutes de marche de la splendide plage de sable Arenal, de ses bars et restaurants dont l’esplanade piétonnière permet aux enfants de multiples possibilités de jeux. Vacances idéales dans une petite ville sympathique à taille humaine (et sa partie historique avec ses ruelles qui nous a véritablement charmé) . Nous avons pû également profiter de magnifiques ballades aux alentours dans des sites naturels de toute beauté . Nous avons beaucoup aimé et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Super séjour à Javea, magnifique parc et piscine
Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines de vacances.
L'appartement est grand, fonctionnel, déco pas mal mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (notamment les portes coulissantes / stores un peu durs). Pas de clim mais on a bien supporté les nuits en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes.
Le parc et la piscine de la résidence sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus - un jardinier y travaille tous les jours. La piscine est très agréable et n'a jamais été bondée pendant notre séjour (2e et 3e semaines de juillet).
Manger sur la terrasse avec cette vue était un vrai bonheur.
C'est un très gros point fort !
Sinon la situation est idéale, tout près de la plage de l'Arenal, de sa promenade et de ses restos. Au passage, une bonne boulangerie pas trop trop loin non plus (la "crème de la crème").
Parking fermé en sous sol aussi un bon point.
D'une manière générale nous avons beaucoup aimé Javea avec ses 3 ambiances (port, vieille ville, Arenal), avec les balades dans ses caps, ses criques, le Montgo.
Bref nous recommandons cette location !

Je suis ravi que vous y ayez passé de belles vacances et je vous remercie pour votre avis. Par contre , je me permets de réagir sur une observation qui m'étonne fortement à savoir
la nécessité d'un petit rafraîchissement... Sur quoi porte-t-il exactement ? Parce que l'appartement est neuf et moderne, bénéficie d'un nettoyage approfondi avant et après chaque séjour, fait l'objet de travaux de peinture réguliers, dispose de doubles vitrages modernes coulissants et de volets testés régulièrement. Suite à votre remarque, ces derniers éléments (volets et vitrages coulissants) vont évidemment être vérifiés et réparés si nécessaire.

Alleen jammer dat - anders dan in de algemene voorwaarden stond - er wel degelijk ter plekke moet worden betaald voor het beddengoed. Communicatiestoornis tussen HomeAway en de verhuurder? En vervolgens bleek het beddenlaken een leeg dekbedovertrek te zijn :).

Je suis désolé mais l'information sur ce service de lingerie optionnel non obligatoire (draps, duvets et serviettes préparés) est bien indiquée sur la page internet de l'appartement là où elle est prévue par homeway (sur la Page "tarifs"). De façon
plus générale, ma préoccupation essentielle est de vous proposer les meilleures conditions de séjour au meilleur prix
possible (j'utilise ce service lingerie aux mêmes conditions lors de mes vacances ici à javea). Un certain nombre d'entre-vous préfèrent ne pas recourir à ce service et ainsi limiter le prix de location au minimum. A noter que je prends à ma charge les frais de services de nettoyage et d'accueil (avec contact disponible durant le séjour en cas de nécessité) . L'essentiel pour moi est que vous puissiez passer de belles vacances dans cet appartement qui, de l'avis de tous jusqu'à présent, rencontrent vos attentes (confort, parking privé, jardins et piscines,localisation à 300m d'Arenal plage...). Vu ces éléments, je trouve cette appréciation assez "sévère" en regard à cette unique observation (info lingerie) pas tout à fait fondée d'autant que, dans le cas présent, une réduction de 50 % a été accordée lors de l'inscription sur ce service lingerie.

I'm sorry for this observation but the information on this optional linen service (beds linen, duvets and bad towels) is well indicated on the webpage of the apartment where it is planned by homeway (at the category "price lists"). In a more general way, my essential objective is to propose you the best quality for you holidays at the best price (I use also this external linen service at the same price during my stays here in javea).
Some of you prefer to reduce the price (and take their own linen) at the rental cost.To note that for this price , i support the price of the external cleaning and the welcome services (With available contact during the stay in case of necessity).The main objective for me is that you can spend beautiful holidays in this apartment which, in the opinion of all residents until now, meet your expectations (comfort, safe private parking, beautiful gardens & swimming pools, localited from 300m of Arenal Beach...). I find this appreciation quite "severe" according to this unique reason (linen information) ...futhermore when the observation is not really true and when, in this case, a discount of 50% on this linen service has been granted at the registration time.

Appartement très agréable et idéalement situé à pieds de la plage de l'Arenal
Appartement très agréable, grand lumineux, propre et idéalement situé à 5 min à pieds de la plage de l'Arenal et de la promenade très animée. La résidence est très agréable ainsi que la piscine (même s'il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de s'y baigner de 15h à 17h...). Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir car nous n'avons pas eu temps de tout découvrir !

Bonito apartamento
El apartamento está situado a 4 min andando de la playa del arenal, en una zona muy tranquila. Dispone de todas las comodidades y está en una urbanización espléndida con una piscina ideal para los niños. Muy buena elección para pasar unos días de relax en Jávea
